I am currently having this app installed in my Note 8. However, most of the time, I am not able to connect my i Drive i11 Dash Cam to this app. It has always prompted me on the unstable wifi connectivity. It seem that it is as good as for not having this app. It seem redundant.
The app is finally upgraded from the semi-functional one to a non-functional app, i spent more than an hour to try out with different options but still cannot access the video anymore, totally unacceptable. I have to find another dash cam
Totally cannot connect at all . Despite off the data plan. It keep repeating press WiFi button to register your smart phone. But I can't seemed to locate the WiFi button on the dashcam
I'm been using this for 2years. It's has been good till of update apps has been change. I can't connect and keep on repeat press the "wifi button' where I can't even find. How to solve?
Worse app nd difficult to connect, using i11. WiFi unstable. Changed phone download the app, asking for WiFi password!! Couldn't connect with cam. Waste time Nd money. Find another product next time. If can I will put half star for this app nd product.
Worse apps.. cannot connect to device once you change it.. Keep prompting for wifi password... regret purchasing the product.. not friendly user at all....
Really stupid developer. Can't even produce a proper supporting apps for the i-drive i11 camera. It's useless after so many attempts of connecting it to Android phones.....
can't connect to android phone after two days of trying and mine is a one plus 6. really disappointed.hope the app development side could do something about this.
The app can't connect to the damn car cam. What's the point of this app. Useless.
I have to disable my mobile data in order to connect the cam wifi. I cant connect it when mobile data is on. Bug?
Experience idrive i11 cant support android version 7 an above os. Pls look into the problem. Plus ur email address is invalid address.

You need to disable your phone's "data" to connect. Re-enable "data" once connected. Probably a bug with the app. Just 2 seconds of your time to swipe down your phone's status bar to disable/enable your phone's "data". App is working just fine.
