App does not load. After sign in, its shows a white screen and thats where it stays till you close it. Its also not a network issue. This problem seems to persistent as seen with other users. Kindly fix
Very useless piece of app never in your life download or deposit money into this garbage, I did KYC more than two times and got emails that KYC is successful but I did not reflect on the useless app now I can't withdraw my money stay away from this app ❌❌❌ very bad customer services
its simply an amazing app. you see your stock u buy and sell anytime. i invest has helped me invest in the stock market scaling the issues of unresponsive stock brokers..it
The app is wonderful and creates d basic for me...convenience! I can check wat going on the tube business and investment industry, do my treasury bill and fixed deposit form different sectors...Great job
I am actually impressed. I downloaded the app with no issues after some weeks i added funds to my wallet easily and bought treasury bills. Within 1 hour i received Investment advice, Bank details verified and within 24 hrs, my KYC had been confirmed. I even put up a picture on my profile :-) . The process was seamless, its only left for interest rates on Tbills to rise so we can increase investment amounts. Well done IInvest Team.
There are some occasional cancellation problems , one of the error messages is' contact Admin'. Also there is delay for real time market price to reflect . Generally the app is fair.
Hi, I was pretty comfortable using the previous app version until I got an update alert. I updated my app and now I can't log in. Initially, it didn't even accept my password, then later it did and instead of going to my dashboard, it went to a change password page and I've been trying repeatedly to change the password as requested but the proceed key just won't work! My money is stuck, my emails are not being responded to. I'm highly displeased.
Trying to sign up but the app requires careful scrolling if not it takes you back to the landing page and wipes out EVERYTHING you already typed. It's happened to me 3 times now. The second time I got as far as the token sent to my mail but when I entered it into the app, it didn't validate it no matter how many times I pressed the button. So I went back, started typing my info again only for me to scroll down and voila! Back to the landing page again! Bad UX can really mess good intentions ☹
Popping up message that Unable to upload Documents for KYC. Both app and web are giving same. Please I would appreciate you rectifying. Thanks
The app is nice, been having KYC issue I also realised that every other thing can be edited and updated except the profile information. That aspect needs to be worked on
Was enjoying the app until earlier today when I got a prompt to update my app, which I have done, but the prompt had failed to leave and I can't access the interface.
I just got a new account and I'm unable to login with my details because of some issues concerning non-base 64 characters. It's a bad look for beginners.
The app do hang, login in takes time, u guys need to work on it, still the worst as it takes up to 3days to return sold investment to my wallet. Till now i have not seen it. I dont need app that will furstrate me this year
I just install this app last night.i tried to log in this morning and it is not responding.The page is frozen. This is a bad start.Going though other people's feedback, i am begining to have a doubt. I also read other comments about inability to cashout and unable to connect with your customer care unit. Try and work on this service please. If i am to rate this app on a scale of 1 to 5, it is -5 (minus 5)
The App technical composition and ease of navigation is great. It provides all the necessary information an investor may require almost at a single view. However, the customer support is below par. Had difficulty uploading my KYC docs because d system kept buffering endlessly on clicking the submit button. The team gave me all the run around possible including asking unnecessary questions sometimes. I was forced to visit their office after 8 days and several mail exchanges, with no resolution.
Great app, but for a number of flaws. Poor return on investment being one; the other issue being that if this app was made to make investing easier for the layman who might not be aware of any KYC requirements, it is only fair that these documents are requested for before making deposits. Allowing seamless deposits and then making the process of withdrawal look like you stole the money can be very annoying.
The app is good but subjecting me to "Invalid address and KYC not approved" is something unrealistic. What if I'd relocated? You guys should just change this
I have challenge using the app. It takes forever to log in and the investment security only appeared once after which I've been unable to view the list. Also, my already updated kyc and profile reversed and my data needs to be updated again. There is a lot of work to be done on the app for efficiency.
I don't even know if this app is real because I made a transfer to direct transfer and I haven't seen the money on my wallet. Please do something
I just noticed, one's bank account number can be changed by anyone without any security attached to the change in bank account number, if he or she have access to open the app. With one's password. This shouldn't be so. The app.is suppose to accept only bank account number linked to the same BVN number already saved in the person's profile. This issue needs to be urgently corrected in order to safeguard one's funds and investment from fraudsters. All other aspects of the app is impressive
Easy to install, register and use. But the products to invest in is limited. Will there be an update whenever there's an auction? Also, it's says 'treasury bills' but I feel I'm actually investing in a <=1yr maturity bond because the investment is not discounted. I pay full face value and accrue the interest.. Pls correct product description. Thanks
A discouraged intent to subscribe to your services. From the poor reviews of many much work needs to be done on your app to remain competitive and relevant in the market. Again, reports on your interface with customers dampens any confidence. Conduct a mystery shopping exercise of your Customer Service staff to isolate the bad and the ugly from the good. Fix those and regain the confidence of existing and prospective customers. For now, can't deal.
Fingerprint/Biometric login does not work on my app even though it is enabled in my account settings. When one clicks on the icon for biometric login, no option comes up for one to place their fingerprint. The developer should please fix. Other than this, the UI is now very good, thumbs up to the developers for this.
This platform has made tremendous improvements from its inception. I am ever willing to recommend it to anyone who wishes to save, as for the earning potential and direct investment into the bond market, I am not so sure about it. I hope the developers can improve the product offering but I recommend it gladly for the user friendliness.
Wow! This app is fantastic. The onboarding is seamless. Topping up the wallet is easy. Cash out (withdrawal) is easy. There are 6 variants of investment products in Naira & Dollar currencies. Watching my investment balances rising is an awesome experience.
This app is a breath of fresh air. Easy investment and better still they respond in time. I make bank transfers for my deposits and even on weekends within hours they credit my account. Kyc was seamless. The app is user friendly and whoever is on the other end is doing a fantastic job. Well done!!
