This app does not work! It freezes when you get to the tutorial and you cannot get past it at all. It's complete bullsh*t. I am extremely unhappy that I spent over $150 on the deluxe starter pack and many starter packs only to find out it was a total waste because the app doesn't work. I want my money back!
As all of the others, bought the starter pack and it does not accept that I have bought it, tried waiting 24hrs (just in case it needed to register), switching my tablet on and off again etc. Even emailed the company.....NOTHING. The app itself is good, but don't buy anything.
App is freezing over and over. After intro is not possible to go to first toturial knot. The brand should fix it once the article is expensive and impossible to use without app!!!! I want my money back!!
I had bought my iloom for ears ago... Unfortunately back then the app was only available for apple products... And now I don't have my code, and I can't justify paying for something I already payed for... Especially with the "ok" reviews... So I love the loom itself and think the app looks great, but can't access most of the features I was excited to use...
i L U V this app, no lie. sure, the bracelet patterns aren't easy to read, but I looked up how to read them and now I know!! it's amazing! the app doesn't freeze, (for me) and I get to see other people's bracelets! You can also input your wrist circumference and it'll give you the right amount of string ♡︎♡︎ I have a collection of absolutely amazing bracelets that i didn't know i could do :) if you don't know whether you sgould download this app, download it!! 5 ★ for sure
I can't get through the tutorial it just stops. It's so annoying! I tried on my tablet, my iPad and even my phone and it freezes at the same stop every time!
As others have said I'm unable to connect as it says I have no Internet access but I am connected! App needs fixed immediately so it can actually be used! No wonder the starter kit was on clearance! You can't use it!
Like many others I bought the starter pack so I could use the creator but it still doesn't unlock. DO NOT PURCHASE iLOOM. Based on the number of other complaints I see about this same issue it seems that the company doesn't care and is happy to take our money fraudulently.
I got the toy to come with the app and every time I get to a certain part the app just freezes. I have tried to restart my phone ,delete the app and reinstall it and it still freezes
When I had tried to scan the code it said invalid code. I tried to do it in better light and to smooth it out. I dont really understand why you would need the barcode either.
I give this app a 1 star rating because, my mom wasted her money on the i loom Deluxe starter pack when the i loom app wont even let me get past the full tutorial on how to make a bracelet this was pretty disappointing because I was really excited to learn new bracelet patterns I hope the people who made the i loom app can soon fix this problem!!!! 😡😡😡
When I try to register it tells me I have no internet connection.... not only do I have 5G data, I'm connected to my home WIFI I've checked all connections, and even tried restarting my phone. Can't even get in so I uninstalled.
although the app works well step by step progress. there is no way to edit in your own colors. useless in my opinion
I downloaded the app but it won't let me create an account because when I try to sign up it doesn't work( I can't see the sign up button)
The app will not let me earn more than 495 loomies 😠 and I have bought the 3 $25 loomie patterns and cannot afford anything else. When I make patterns I am no longer rewarded >:(
what a horrible app. created an account yet can't even get past the login screen despite trying on multiple devices.
needs to be updated. womt work properly or load easily. take what feels like forever to load. keeps asking to buy starter pack to create own bracelts but i have and iy wont let me all while still asking to purchase yhe starter pack
Give it three stars but wish there was away to access creator mode via the coins that you recieve cause in some parts of the world people can't afford to spend money on apps
I love that you can earn points and unlock new patterns so you can design any kind of style bracelet you want too.
I never installed this before but it looks REALLY fun!!! So I will give it 5 stars. I hope you can install it and rate it too.
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. In able to get any patterns you have to spend $5. Waste of time.
It is the worst app I've ever used it keeps on freezing and the pack I bought doesn't go with the app
I like it but want more then ways to get creator pack then just to buy it or a beginner limited tool kit
Can't scan the code, no back button, utterly useless app.
you literally can't even create your own patterns without spending at least $6. not even worth the hassle to make an account.
Says don't have Internet when trying to download videos, and Internet connection is present and working
My old large tablet can't register and sign in it keep saying it needs internet connection
I am able to get to the and sign in but every time I try to do the tutorial it freezes and I've tried doing it on three different tablets and it always freezes at the same point everytime on this tutorial. Help!
