I love the game. But there is a huge problem: the ads. Now, I am not against a few ads once in a while, but THIS IS TOO MUCH. There is one ad after EACH puzzle. A puzzle takes me anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes to figure out. Watching an UNSKIPPABLE AD for a minute is just plainly ANNOYING. Change it. I am not giving you any money unless you change that. Your game has some serious potential. It is very relaxing. But with these ads it ruins everything.

Great game, looks nice and easy to play. Contains ads but not an unreasonable amount. The only change I would suggest is very minor, use of a larger, bolder, or higher contrast font for the popups. It's not even necessary to read them to play the game but a font with more contrast would be easier for VI people and could be utilized without affecting the aesthetic.

Wonderful game. Very calming and the mechanics are nice. Sorting colours is just a relaxing thing to do. The only problem I have is, after that beginner set of 10 levels, it makes you spend the in game currency to play levels? I understand advertising but I need to pay (if not real money) just to play it. It's frustrating when you inevitably run out of currency and therefore can't play without getting more. A better option would be to make some levels paid and others free, I'd you need it. <3

Excellently soothing puzzle game. No stress, no need for speed or quick reflexes, just simple and satisfying sorting. You need "prisms" to play new levels, but you get plenty of free ones every day. The ads aren't too bad, and buying any of their prism packs will permanently remove ads. I went ahead and bought one because the ads were harshing my mellow a bit. Highly recommended, as long as you aren't color blind, then I imagine it's wildly infuriating.

The puzzles are fascinating. The concept is original. The gameplay is elegant. But, there are two huge problems with the app. First, after every puzzle, there is a highly intrusive advertisement. Second, the cost of disabling ads is extremely ambiguous. I would pay to permanently disable ads, but I'm not sure if that option exists.

I really didn't expect to like the game this much, but it's very relaxing for me. I like that there are no timers or leaderboards. I just started the Guru level, and I've been playing the levels all the way through, instead of skipping ahead. The language it uses (you bright shining rainbow!) is a little over the top, but as long as no one actually tries to indoctrinate me into a cult, I can handle it. It's really amazing how different a tile looks, depending on the colors around it.

First of all, awesome game, love it. Easy to learn and enchanting to play. But the ads I get seem too large for my screen. Can't find settings to change it, can't x out of ads so I have to restart the app every time. I don't even care about having ads, I understand, but they're making the app impossible to use. I have screenshots if admin/ development want.

When the second ad plays, there is no way to return to the game after its finished, must restart game. I don't mind watching adds for a free game, but it doesn't let you return to the game after the second one. And when you restart the game to resume play, you have to play the level you just beat again before moving on. Fun game, but I am uninstalling because they've made it a hassle to play.

The ads that appear between every round are annoying, but I REAAALLY enjoy the gameplay itself. I feel as though I'm training my eyes to distinguish between slight color variations. Plus, the gameplay is very relaxing. I haven't completed all of the apprentice rounds yet, but I will eventually. This game isn't for binging. It's best to pick up a round or two while waiting around.

Gorgeous game, but after first level...ads EVERY round: the LONG ads, not short ones...EVER! I just don't have the patience to wait through the same, boring ads for apps I'm not gonna download. I spent as much time playing as I did watching ads. Many games have switched to a variable timing format, which I MUCH prefer! Sometimes, u have to watch a long ad, but often, there are 5-10 sec ads, instead. Feels a lot less forced, that way. Free is free, yes and now, so is my time. Thanks anyway.

Enjoying this game so far! The colors are pleasant to look at, it's pretty relaxing to play, the music is nice, very gentle atmosphere all around. There is an ad after you complete each puzzle which really isn't that bad as they're pretty much all skippable, the only thing is occasionally I'll get stuck with ads that are way too big for the screen, so when they're done I can't close them out, I have to close the entire game and go back in. Other than that, great!

This is probably my favorite mobile game ever. I find it very soothing, and seeing a puzzle start to click into place is really gratifying. It also helps with my depressive thoughts; completing a puzzle helps ground me and the compliments I get after each puzzle post-tutorial are great too. It's nice how it doesn't emphasize performance; you can even turn off scores (I did). I also like how relatively easy it is to gain prisms, and how infrequent the ads can be compared to other games. I love it

I love the game. Sorting shades of colour is pretty relaxing and the music is nice too. The only downside is the ads between games, as many of them do not fit the screen and it's impossible to close them. I have to close the game app entirely to be able to try a new level.

I love this game! It is very relaxing and slightly challenging. I love figuring out the beautiful blending puzzles that fill my art and color loving veiw. But there's one issue that i've been experiencing. My phone UI will act up sometimes when I enter this game. But it may just be me. Great game otherwise. 💜

I did not think it was going to be so addicting. Its so satisfying, makes me feel a little smart. I've played 2 different versions, according to requirements of your phone. Both are just as good. Remove ads or get Google play pass it's worth it. Buy a prism pack. ADS CAN BE SO UGH! I've been playing for months, there are still more levels to complete. Great, relaxing, puzzle game. 😎

"I ❤️ (Love) Hue" is a color swapping puzzle game about taking a scrambled group of colors and sorting them into a gradient. It's very simple, and quite satisfying to complete. Each level takes ~5 minutes at most to complete, meaning it's perfect for short breaks. Each level costs prisms to play, which you get every day or by watching an ad. They're plentiful, so don't worry! There are ads, they're fairly out of the way and unobtrusive. You can pay to remove them, but it's not needed. 10/10.

I rarely write reviews, but I've found something in this game that I haven't before. The whole theme of menu music, sounds and animations is supposed to be calming - and somehow, it really works! I've had a lot of things going in in life lately, and whenever my mind goes racing, it's a perfect way to cool off. I haven't had any problems with prisms - there are enough to play casually here and there (~30 minutes a day), but there are ads after every round (~5 minutes).

Great game, very relaxing, but I'd like for the ads feature to extend to more than one watch. For example, I can watch 2 ads in a row and then play 3 games in a row without interruptions, instea of the 2 Ads in between games. I would also rather see how far am I from the absolute minimum of movements for a perfect match rather than the World Average. I doubt that most people would need +150 moves for a level in Aprentice. Other than that, excellent game!

I love this game so much! Coming from a graphic design background, this game challenges my eyes to discern the subtle nuances of individual colors and I can't get enough! Every game is beautiful, but has this wonderful difficulty of swimming thru choices to uncover the perfect rhythm of hues to complete each puzzle. I haven't been this enthralled in a mobile game in years! 5 stars!

This is one of my favorite games. Every new phone I get I always end up downloading it again. It's one of those games that you can lose time playing and also not play for a while until you need to pass some time. It does have some ads but they're all skippable and never show up in the middle of a level. Highly recommend, I've loved and played this game for years.

BLW. May 16, 2022

After each completed level, the ad that plays is scaled so that it is larger than the screen. This puts the close button off the edge. To go to the next level you have to force stop the app and then len it again. This game used to be good. Now it's unplayable.

I absolutely love this game. It really relaxing and fun. It has ads but there not overbearing. It easy to use, the set up for the levels is great. Its fun and it's a mind game. It challenges you to think but its not to hard. Also you can make an account to save the progress. I would definitely recommend this game. Amazing!!!

Update: I've emailed for support on the issue in my original comment below, but had no response. I've therefore dropped my rating (sadly) to one star. Very interesting game for people who work a lot with colour. Unfortunately most of the (numerous) ads don't fit themselves to the screen properly on my S21 Ultra so cannot be closed ('X' button presumably off the edge of the screen). I have to close the entire app and restart it to play another game 😕

Close to the same play experience as Colors on Puzzledom, but unfortunately you have to spend "prisms" in order to play a level. If that requirement were removed, I'd have given it 5 stars. This is meditative for me, and having to "pay" for each level or have the number of levels I can play limited unless I watch yet another ad (in addition to the ones between levels) to earn more prisms to play really destroys some of the enjoyment for me.

Ari. W. Apr 27, 2022

This game is fun and the right amount of challenging where it isn't too easy but you aren't malding every level. The only thing I don't like is you have to pay to play or replay each level with prisms (they don't cost money unless you buy a pack of them) but even that's fine cause the game gives you 15 prisms everyday you open it. It tests your color recognization and organization skills and is just a fun game overall!

Ter. S. Mar 23, 2022

Visually challenging game. May not be fun if your ability to process color isn't consistent with the colors used. Id live to see an option to move on from a game to the next. Stll, I do about one each day and it really is a good transition/break for me between projects.

Love this App! Unlike most games on my phone, I Love Hue is totally relaxing, highly visually pleasing and extremely playable. Balance of ads is just right...I never mind seeing ads on free games but sometimes they are just too intrusive. Difficulty level is just also good....challenging without being completely frustrating. I might be wrong but I haven't found any similar games so this is ( for me anyway) a unique game playing experience.

Really nice game, but it's extremely annoying that the ads are sized up to where you can't close them and instead have to exit the app completely to get back into the game. I have no other apps that do that and I would think that the ad sizing wouldn't be an issue depending on the type of phone you have. This is the only game I've paid to remove ads because of this reason and even though it's $2, it $2 more than I should be paying
