The user interface is not the best, though the functionality is there. However, the last update totally breaks the ability to self register

For a banking app, this is a big joke; 2/10. The UI is poorly designed but the functionality appears to be okay. I wanted to open an account but sadly I won't because the app design is poor. How can you add white shadow on a blue BG? Undoubtedly, this reflects on the bank itself. With less than $500, you'd get a very good app design on Fiverr and with only $10, you'd get a perfect splash screen via Canva. I'm not an expert, but I'd advice you to give this app a 2020 look or take it down.

Crashes on Android 10. Also, the interface could be more user friendly, at best it's quite old school

Doesnt work half the time and now since upgrades it's crashing completely on open. Horrible development.

nice app very easy to use but it has a only one problem we cannot transfer the money on Mpesa TILL Number kindly add this facility in this app and transaction charges are too high
