I SAW IT FIRST

The app does not sync with the website. You cannot continue a transaction across platforms. Its also very difficult to get a refund for returns. Ive been waiting over 21 days. Now no one is responding to my emails. Very disappointed, I dont I will be shopping with these anymore

Unusable, I've been unable to log into my account for the past few days on the app. Can log in online fine aswell so my credentials are correct ? Have tried multiple days and still no luck

I downloaded it to enter their competition to win an airwrap. No sign of the competition when you are on the app despite them advertising that you need to enter it via the app. Seems like false info to get you to download a bad app.

Flickery screen recently. Also looking for items isn't simple. Products are such good quality. But searching for something specific is difficult. There's no way of narrowing down sizing, colour, product type (like skirt length) This would be brilliant as I'd shop more regularly. But when I can't find something simply I get frustrated and will look else where with more specific filters. Love the clothing and style. Hate the app.

I am unable to use this app! I am gutted because I absolutely love it ordinarily & I have bought from the app & the service & delivery etc is exactly how it should be, each time I use it BUT...... I am unable to use it for some reason. I can open it, go to the men's part & browse through it with no problem but when I select an item to open and see the details etc, it keeps reloading every second. It may even be quicker than that but it just keeps flashing up on the screen & goes repeatedly. Help

The app is completely unusable. Everytime I click on an item, it continuously reloads the item. The only way to add anything to basket is with quick add which isn't helpful when you want to see the other photos of the item you're looking to buy. The app used to be fine but it just isn't usable at all at the moment.

Very clumsy app/website. Dont bother adding anything to your favorites or cart because they will all clear out. On the site, you can only view 2 items in your wishlist. On the app nothing shows. It just keeps loading. if you download the app, your previously saved items in your cart or wishlist would be cleared. It's just practically like a photo album. 🙄🙄

App crushed seconds after I opened it. Second time I tried I couldn't see anything because it was keep loading. All the buttons I pressed, it was all loading. And no, not because of my Internet connection. Decided to uninstall the app. I'm good, thanks😒

Doesn't work properly. Can't search for items normally-shows a list with tiny pics. Can't filter normal items by all sizes.. For example plus size is only upto 18?! When clearly the sizes are much higher. App is basically useless, will have to use website until issues resolved. 2* given because clothes/shoes are actually nice.

I haven't used it since it was updated so perhaps it's more usable now, but the screen flickers on and off of what you click on and sometimes won't let you click on it at all. Shipping and delivery is nice and easy with plenty of discounts but the quality is various.

Whoever built this app needs to review their code because the amount of bugs is insane. Whenever I go to view a product, the page gets stuck in (what appears to be) a refresh loop. This issue is constant, and unfortunately clearing the cache and reinstalling the app does nothing. Please fix.

The worst shopping app I've ever used. I gave a wishlist on the website, it doesn't have it on the app even if I log into my account. Impossible to find anything on there: I have to search using the website and then when I've found what I want I have to search the exact name for product in the app. The pictures are tiny and for each product it doesn't show you colour options like on the website. Just so much easier to use the website

Always easier to navigate on an app. Only thing I miss is the 'Filter' option. Saves on disappointment if you find something you like and don't have your size and scrolling forever. Prefer the website for now.

I love this app. I normally use the website but it makes it alot easier and I can use it when I'm out. love the brand as a whole, good quality products for the best affordable prices. In my opinion, you will not be let down. although it is mainly targeted at the feminine kind, I think it is also all inclusive and can find a little bit of everything on there. Over all, amazing. Definitely worth it.

App doesn't give option to filter out what you are looking for. Search bar comes out with things you didn't even search for. All the clothing I've ordered from there have been great however you are better off using the website - it's much better.

Unusable. Screen flickers and twitches everytime you click on an item, meaning you can't press any other buttons or even see the screen properly. Can't filter products effectively.

Ordered on a whim as there was a great sale on. Only for all my sale items to be refunded, although I can still purchase the same items in the same size for full price. Cannot comment on the quality as I am still waiting on the items they are actually sending to get delivered.

Love their clothes. They have a good range for mid size girls! The sizing is mostly true to size. My only criticism is that some of the clothes are too short but I am 5ft 8! The app is great - quick and easy!

I have attempted to open and use this app 5 times in the last 24hrs. If I could I would add 0 stars. The app appears to be stuck on one page for ages then repeatedly slides the same image in without a way of stopping it. Awful app.

The website is slow, but much better than the app. All the clothing categories aren't there, such as jumpsuits. Also there's no benefit from using the app. Going to remove it from my phone.

So. Freaking. Slow. I read the critical reviews before installing, and, yeah, they were right. This app keeps closing on you and takes ages to load. You can't even view the clothes because it's still loading. I bet even after this pandemic, it will still be loading. Someone also said the clothes arrived in horrible conditions, so keep that in mind. But for the positives, the clothes here are sooo cute and trendy, but it's a shame the website and everything else is bad though.

App works well. Has a great range of mens wear. I'm have not made a purchase yet but will in due course. I will update my review accordingly after a purchase. Just want to leave a rating for now as I have seen negatives saying the app crashes I'm using this on an old Samsung and it works fine. I would suggest cleaning the apps cache for anyone having issues. Best

The site advertises up to 50% discount with code, I was given a £4!!!! discount on a £98 order!! What a CON!! I have noticed that these sites lure you into buying with these BIG "DISCOUNTS" , then by the time you have paid for shipping, your order is DOUBLE the price. Complete RIP OFF. MANY more and better sites than this rubbish

Useless even after update. When I click on what I want it reloads to no avail. Can't even add item to basket online to get the app discount as they don't sync, its a con as others stated. Taking custom elsewhere.

Nightmare at first it seemed OK,none of the codes work Ever,when you click on an item at £20 say, when it loads and takes you to the item the price has jumped up by at least £10 sometimes more,then yesterday got a delivery the bottom part of the suit not there ? Was it out of stock don't know they took the money for it,save yourself the stress don't even bother with it.

Had a problem with loungewear. Bottoms were made badly but unfortunately past the 28 day returns. They asked me to send photos and then to send more. Done. Eventually the told me, couldn't do anything and to dispose of the item. What a cheek, this was bought and paid for, no refund received.

App still doesn't work. You open an item and it keeps refreshing and opening the same item. Doesn't let you add to cart or anything.
