Not getting credited for completing surveys. It says I got the points, it tells me exactly what I am awarded but then it doesn't credit to my ledger. It was only happening on the 90 point one but today took a 45 and it still hasn't been added to my ledger. Used to love this app and site but it's not been fun anymore. I hate spending all day on it to end with what I started with. Beyond frustrated anymore.

Generally does what is described. I have not redeemed points yet, so I don't know much there. They app launches a browser for the surveys and it feels a little clunky. If prefer if it was a little more streamlined to run surveys through the app, and the formatting can be awkward as well. But overall works fine, user friendly, and does what it sets out to do.

When it works, it's fine. But it says I can do extra poll predictions with the app but clicking it leads to an error page. Surveys appear and disappear. Sometimes points don't get added. When surveys meet their quota, they keep remaining in my list as if I can try and do them again. The app only leads you to surveys and they are then done in an internet browser and if you accidentally hit your "back" button, the survey gets messed up and there's no way to return. Can be frustrating.

Pretty good. It's easy to get points quite quickly (especially compared to other survey sites). It would be better if the dashboard updated automatically. When I've finished a survey, I have to leave the dashboard or close the app for it to clear. And it would be nice if the survey's stayed in the app rather than opening in browser. But these are minor issues. It's a good app

Very pleasant. Quick, easy. Some are frustrating after spending a while answering questions to find out that you're not eligible. the points system should be based on the time spent on that as opposed to just finding out you can't do it. I mean after 10 minutes on a 15 minute survey worth 90 points to get 5 doesn't really give much incentive to continue. Also, I never use my computer to go on the survey's. They should all be compatible for all electronic devices. Other than that it's great!

The app just takes you to the surveys through your device's web browser, rather than you completing them on the app. The graphics aren't proportioned correctly across the screen and it's hard to select things. The extra Poll Predictor doesn't work, it just crashes AFTER you've answered the poll. The computer platform is much easier to use and I'm disappointed in the lack of quality of the app.

This app is good in the fact that you can quickly take surveys and redeem points which is great. The app and the website seem to be quite buggy though and it can get annoying. Surveys stay in your available list once you've completed them and others say you are ineligible, yet stay on the list. So you have a list of surveys you can't complete just sitting there. This makes it confusing when you get new notifications. The refer a friend and poll predictor never work for me either.

The daily extra game of poll predictor in the app isn't working for me. I tried it a while back and it didn't work then and I just tried it again (after getting another e-mail promoting it) and it's still not working. I get an error code when I push the "Play Now" button with displayed error constant ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED. Other than that, the surveys work as expected but I prefer doing them on a laptop.

I would love to give the app better rating. For it is a really good survey app, but it glitches a lot. Especially when I go to do polls or to enter giveaways. It seems to want to keep taking me back to the login screen or just completely backing out. I have uninstalled then reinstalled once. I have checked if it was my Phone. It is not my phone, especially seeing how multiple people has the same problem.

I enjoyed this app, I looked forward to taking surveys..... That said, I didn't like the CONSTANT emails, the inability to change my email settings, being unable to contact anyone including on FB after being told that if I had any problems, let them know. So now, after attempting to "unsubscribe" from the emails, I ended up unintentionally "unsubscribing" from my entire account and have no way to set it back up... Because my email "doesn't exist" to send a complaint in to the team to fix it. I would have loved to have continued with you, however I have tried everything I know to do. Since your app asked for a review... Here it is. Good app concept, needs work, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. User beware.

I've started several of these surveys, only to be told near the end that they no longer need that survey. I then try poll projector. I've had several points allocated, but when I try to apply them to my choice, it says it timed out and to try it again. Doesn't matter how many times I try, it continues to time out. I've had 15 to 20+ points to apply. It never let's me apply them. It seems like a racket.

Really disappointed in this app. Haven't had a single survey load or end properly, which means I'm wasting my time answering questions with no points being allocated. The Poll Predictor also seems to be broken, as it also repeatedly fails to load *after* I've answered the question, and allocated my chances of winning to a particular prize. And there's an app-exclusive game that has never worked for me. Complete waste of my time; too bad, I had high hopes for this one.

The app works well enough, but there are some small issues that could make it better. First, I'd like the surveys that can be done on mobile be done within the app, instead of opening my browser. It makes the app somewhat redundant. A goal should be to be able to do all surveys on mobile - it seems like the surveys that must be done on a laptop or tablet could be done on mobile if the will was there.

I have found this app very good and trustworthy with a range of ways to 'cash out' that are reliable. It takes awhile to build up enough to do so but as they allow you to access your money at £5 its far quicker than many other similar sites who require a higher amount achieved. They surveys are easy and occasionally interesting however they can take a while to appear slowing progress. But if slow and steady is your style then this will be brilliant for you.

Worst App I've encountered so far. Signed up did all the surveys they offered at the time actually got some points. Then I completely my profile for some more points and I was actually getting excited that this app actually worked. I go back to check my balance and all of my points expired within seconds of getting them, to top it off I contacted support, maybe it was a fluke and could be resolved. Their way of resolving it was to deactivate my account. So unprofessional. Have screenshots.

I liked this app but recently I have not been able to log in; it keeps telling me my log in details are wrong even though I can use the same ones to log in on the browser. I got the same bug mentioned in an earlier review, about the surveys for not disappearin after being done. I also updated my name (corrected a spelling mistake) but the app hadn't updated. Something's not quite right with the app.

Not too bad, fun but I don't seem to be eligible for a lot of surveys though and they never give you an explanation! Early days I guess. Update: most of the surveys now I can't do on my phone, they say I need to use a tablet (mine is broken) or a PC which I don't have! Quick Thoughts is better if you need or want to complete surveys on your phone and the pay-outs are good.

Barely worth having the app, the survey links just take you to the webpage anyway. It has a daily extra 'poll-predictor' but that doesn't even work either, it just says 'expired link'. I could say the notifications alert you to when new surveys are available, and sometimes this is true/helpful, but more often than not there are no surveys. Stick to the webpage and email notifications because you end up using them anyway.

Not been on here for long and so far I've collected around 100 points, you have to get in there quick with filling out surveys otherwise the quotas are complete and so you can't do the full survey therefore you will only get around 5points, I imaging getting to the point of rewards will take time but its not a huge effort! The only issue I have is that I can't seem to log on with my laptop so am missing out on completing more surveys all round its OK but don't expect quick payouts.

Way more fun and rewarding than survey mini at least. But I've done almost 20 surveys and they keep saying I don't qualify to take halfway through... So despite taking 20 I only have $1.25! I hate that I keep getting ads for the app while I'm using the 'app'. Questions are sometimes confusing. Some links are broken. I wish we could mark not interested at least for the ones without rewards. The questions in survey that have next and previous buttons are absolutely infuriating to navigate around.

I really enjoy this app for the most part. I have been able to redeem prizes quite a few times, and usually the surveys are easy and points add up quickly. My only complaint is that sometimes a survey posted to be short at say 5 minutes ends up actually taking 15+ minutes, and sometimes it will be worth less than was posted. This is something that can be really frustrating when you don't find out the true length and reward til several minutes into the survey.

Not worth it. This app will give you 25-30 notifications a day both through the app and again through email. But when you go to take a survey they "no longer need responses" even if you've done it right away. Also, the "poll predictor" which is like some sort of raffle reward has had an error for over a week and doesn't let me spend my chances. You can get rewards at 500-1000 points but not getting into the surveys mean than in an hour I only got ten points. All in all, not worth it.

Downloaded the app, completed my profile, and completed the only three available surveys with accompanying poll predictors. Almost immediately, there was a retraction of all the points I earned, and about 12 hours later I received an email saying my account had been deactivated because my profile wasn't a fit (even though the surveys implied I was). I raised a ticket with them regarding this issue, but no response other than deactivating my account. Unless this issue is resolved, don't bother.

The i-Say Rewards app is the best website i have found to make a little side money. You get points for each survey completely finished until the end. They are also always having drawings for additional points for gift cards and for awesome items in addition to making points that can be converted into a gift card of your choice. They are one of the best and most fair when it comes to the amount of points it takes to convert into a gift card and not an insane unrealistic amount. I highly recommend

So far so good. I've not tried to cash out any rewards yet, but I am enjoying the user experience of the app. I like the fact that even if you do not qualify for a survey you still get awarded points for your time. Also the prediction game you can play after each survey attempt is great fun... and the more accurate your guess, the more entries you get to win a prize of your choice. Admittedly, the current prize options are limited, but I'm hoping we get more options soon enough...

It's an ok app. I've done the full profile multiple times and still saying only 59% completed. I keep getting multiple notifications saying I have a new survey but nothing comes up when I open the app. I've gone through all the tabs. Really just more annoyed than anything.

The app works okay. I am able to get quick access to surveys. The strange thing is I still get redirected to the browser to complete surveys. This must be more secure than doing surveys in the app. I thought I might stop getting email notifications as I now get app notifications for surveys. No such luck, I now receive both...

It used to be good experience when I signed up and started doing surveys but now since they have moved to Ipsos, all the survey notifications I receive in my email doesn't work. They all show some error and gets stuck. I hope the developers should fix this. And I can get to work again as before.
