The search feature is just useless. It keeps crashing, it keeps returning video loss. No timeline, no fast forward. Plain garbage. The app hasn't been updated in ages

Works when it wants, it was fine then for the last month it won't connect. It does the every few weeks. Not reliable at all!

Its a cool app when it used to work with my note 3. I always get the connection fail. Now I can't even watch my employees. Please fix.

The app stops running and I can't get it to connect, usually when trying to do a search for playback. When it's working it's pretty awesome.

Really comes in handy

Using the Straghttalk phone Eyeonet DVR interface and always get the 'connection fail' message. No matter how many times I try to edit or change system settings or even make sure my settings are correct, I still cannot connect. I think this could be a nice visual app if it ONLY worked! If anyone has any tips, please let me know!

Every time I try to connect I keep getting the connection failed message and then I'm kicked out. Please fix this.

Worked fine with Note 2. Does not work when I upgraded to Note 4

Doesn't always allow remote search

Doesn't work with android when you need to select other device other than what's listed. Emailed then several times and no response. Don't waste your time

Can't get it to work on my Droid Maxx. Have same settings as on my installers Samsung but no luck. Even the presentation layer clips the bottom icons.

Firewall ports must be open for program to work, and having a fast connection at your dvr and phone helps.

It would be very helpful if you can add the " search and play back video option".

Cant not connect when i use S5. In "model", cant not pick 'other'. I have to use my ipad to view it. Please fix it asap.

I get constant force closes. The zoom feature for ptz cameras zooms all the way out or all the way in, there are no incremental zoom adjustments. If these get fixed, I'll give the app a 5 star rating

Feed is always freezing, you have to restart the program all the time.

Don't waste your time downloading this all its waste don't work
