i-Ticket

This app is terrible. Once you try and add the map of the site, the app crashes so you can't actually use the app. To issue a ticket you need to have built the full profile, which includes the map of the site. Total waste of time. Also tried on iOS as well, with the same result. Please fix.

Utterly useless. Installed on multiple devices on different versions of iOS and Android. The app crashes either on adding the map or adding the sign photos to the map. As others have said, a waste of time... Pick another parking company.

The updates is useless. With the update you have redo set-up all over again. Then when out and for the 3 point set-up with Google maps it won't load up Google weigh all the permissions set on as allowed.

Minor bug fixes! LoL App is three years out of date and does not operate correctly. Try a major fix instead. You promised to fix this last April! Sack your developers. Your ticket reporting site does not issue any charge notices so it's a waste of time as an alternative. Could not leave zero stars

Brilliant concept marred by disinterested and frankly incompetent staff. Have been waiting for four months for an account to be set up , not done to date. The main trend is ignoring emails , inability to comprehend basic land registry and other documents and an uncanny ability to evoke extreme frustration.

App doesn't work, because it won't show the map, and won't let me enter the 3 points required, so can't issue tickets anymore! Help!!

This is update makes the app useless, I have tried to issue tickets and you can't, everytime I try to issue one now it goes back to the main page without giving out the ticket.

Unable to allocate map points. Send to be a well established issue. Renders the app useless as you cannot self ticket until this section is complete.

For some reason I've never been able to use photos taken with the app, so have to take them first and then upload. I'm also now locked out of the app with it saying I don't have an account.

Update: tried the boundary map on the wife's iPhone and it works. Seems they are prioritising apple for some reason. Completely useless on android.

Works okay with certain networks, decent app with okay features and slow upload speed.

Rubbish, wanted to report someone for parking on double yellows and restricting access. Can't find how to delete account

Cannot select boundary map. Just shows a grey screen. Kinda useless app.

Cannot progess from create boundary map. It wouldn't allow me to do anything to create boundary. Wasted quite a few hours...

Please fix issue with creating a boundary map. The app is not workable otherwise

Rubbish cannot set boundaries so cannot issue tickets. Cannot log into the website either. Seriously what is the point
