I had to remove the app because it just wouldn't load anymore. When it did, I couldn't manage funds because there were overlapping words. I am seriously thinking of going with a completely different plan altogether. I tried to change my all in plan, the next month it reverted back. Such a headache it has become.
Can't use the app or even the website on a phone to add funds by credit or debit card. The pop up where you agree to the purchase is too large. It won't resize by pinching or swiping to scroll left. No point in the app if I still have to call in or use a computer to manually add funds.
This app is useless now. I don't know why they changed it, but it's impossible to use your rewards to purchase airtime now, nor can you use your credit card to add money, without it automatically enrolling you in a plan you don't get to select.
unfortunately I can't give less than one star. with this update, this in now the worst app. you can't pay-add to your account with this app. to authorize a payment you have to agree to their policy however the button to agree is to the right and it won't let you scroll to it. also if you have a balance and want to use it to pay your plan with it you have to call, so what is the point of having a app in the first place if you have to call. thinking of going to at&t.
The app isn't mobile friendly at all. I can rarely even log in to my account because the home screen fails to load on most attempts.
PLEASE OPTOMISE FOR MOBILE!!! i cant even click on half the stuff i need to yall need some new tech agents that know how to develope an app.

Dropping this phone service. Recently had my phone break, went to 3 different Kroger stores looking for a new one. Only to find out that Kroger no longer sells them. The wireless website store would not let me login from the store checkout to purchase one directly. Long story short, their customer service is horrible, their phones are junk. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
I'm not saying the app is hard to use it is just very laggy. You could also improve layout. Another thing is every time I try to download users manual for my device it won't download,but I do have to say it is way faster than going to site. Just improve A little and I'll give 5
I purchased minutes thru the application and it's charging me 10¢ a minute for calls and texts. Instead of giving me the plan I purchased. I've been waiting on two phones for someone to answer my questions they either hang up on me or transfer me so another hold line where they don't answer the phone. I also asked to talk to a manager and they put me on hold for a hour.
Every time I want to go to this app it is so not user friendly. I can never figure out how to use it. Nothing is self explanatory and I have to ask my granddaughter for help. And the fact that you have to buy a airtime card then load it to the phone AND then PURCHASE a plan with the funds is just redundant! It should be as simple as buying the airtime card and loading on the phone and then you're done.
Takes convenience to the next level and makes it so easy to keep up with all my account features and functions. I will NEVER sit on hold for customer service again! Nothing personal - they Kroger iwireless has some of the best cust svc reps I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with - but why wait? I have it all at my fingertips with this app! Tyvm for making it better before it was re-released!!! RECOMMENDED!
Had a problem with my internet so I called I wireless and they told me that I exceeded my unlimited mobile data plan. Now how the hell do you exceed unlimited data on unlimited plan.… I have no idea, but I had to go and purchase another card when I had two weeks left on my account just so I could use my data. really I Wireless?
Now I can't log in without restarting two or three times. Two weeks later, still can't log in to add minutes. At least I can do that through the web. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT TO DOWNLOAD!
The only thing I do not like is when you buy plan card you have to call to have it added because if you add it yourself, your money will get added to a cash balance(that no-one has)instead of it being added as a unlimited plan. And the wait time was Ridiculously way too long to add $10 unlimited plan.
My 3G isn't working, my texting and calling does, and I previously purchased a new plan (the 25$ one) on August 11th. My phone tells me to sign into network but it doesn't show an update for the app. I'm very aggravated and ready to get a different phone with a different carrier. I am disappointed. Do I need to purchase the same plan (35$ one) I had when I first got the phone?
Really wish you would expand the Byop list tho. I have 2 sprint phones an HTC an a Tribute an neither of them are compatible with iwireless. So I'm stuck with a cracked phone..
I went to the store and purchased a $10 card and paid taxes. I then add it to my account and attemp to purchase a $10 plan, yet it then says I dont have enough money for the plan. It doesn't make any sense. And I won't waste my time calling cause that would take an entire day to get thru and the customer service is horrible. Ive had this phone for over 6 years and am very close to moving somewhere that cares about customers and service, which is dissapointing because I love fred meyer!
Tells me there is no connection. Very frustrating as I used it to add money to account and renew plan.
Every month when I attempt to make a payment, it says my information does not match my bank. This has been going on for a year and a half. I have verified the info matches for months. The customer service personnel have tried to figure it out. This is ridiculous. Fix it please!!
Always gives me an error stating I need to check my network connection or connect to Wi-Fi.
For app that is supposed to service my paid account, this is very slow. Stupid too, since I have to go thru login & password even when using my cell phone.
There isn't a ‘forgot password' or ‘sign up' button so whenever I try to log in they won't let me in and tell me to try again

The app and website are not working/connecting. I can't renew my plan/pay the bill for over a week now. I have no service/minutes/data, and only able to use WiFi for data. I'm beginning to think I just need to switch to a different company. Not worth the savings if I can't even pay for service. Please address quickly.

Rediculous loading time, sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes or longer to login in on either 4g or my Wi-Fi at home currently used on a zte force phone
The app is okay for reviewing usage but when you try to pay a pop-up appears that is larger than the Android phone screen, and it won't rotate to allow the user to click the payment button. So, it's impossible to use the app to complete a payment. Terrible flaw that I hope the developers fix. Either make that confirmation pop-up smaller or let the app display rotate, please. Should be rather easy to implement.
