I've used i360 for a few years now. IF you can get it to open, it's very user friendly. Unfortunately, it just crashes every time I attempt to open it for the last 24 hours and that's not a wholely uncommon problem. Great when I literally CAN'T DO MY JOB, because the app won't work - note sarcasm
This app could be very helpful if it actually worked. Very disfunctional. Constantly force closes. Works very poorly in low coverage areas.

The app doesn't allow for a new account id/password, so how can it find my account if I never logged in before.

This app is a nice concept but it has a lot of problems. It's very buggy, it frequently crashes and takes forever to load. The maps are also outdated.

I'm theory this is a great tool. On my droid maxx it is constantly crashing and can ONLY be fixed by going into the app info and force stopping it... This is absolutely unacceptable to be constantly be doing while in the field.

Why can't streets be categorized by their name? I don't like finding pieces of one street in several walkbooks.
They give you an order which house to go to first, second,etc but it's not perfect in order and I would much rather see house numbers big than having to click it to see the number I have to go to. Also it could be a lot simpler to do the post arrival survey.

This app works providing you learn how to use it correctly. A good ammount of people complain in the comments about crashes and bugs, however, the only time the app has crashed on me is when i'm mis-managing my open windows. So, it seems to me to be an operator error in many cases. I like the app. It keeps supervisors out of the equation which makes it a god send.
