decent app. what you would expect. doesn't give a lot of detail. it easy to submit and receive reimbursements. tax printouts also easy to access. basic, fast and doesn't use a lot of memory.

Please incorporate addition of supporting documents via attachments for claims in the app. Very annoying how I still have to go online to the website and attach documents via secure messaging. Also add secure messaging to the app itself. Not to mention visibility of benefit coverage. Why have the app when I still have to go online to view coverage?

Worked fine on my s8+, recently upgraded phones and it doesn't work on my s20+. It will load and get to the connect screen, but unable to even press connect to further login. Hope they can update asap as I like the simple login feature with fingerprint. went from being a 4 star app too 1...

Works fine to get a 4 or 5 star add more features and options like the browser. The app is basic. how much do I have in the account that's it. If I could use the app to replace the website I would rate 5 star. If change invest options check stock options etc... and values etc.

Not only did I find the app useless, but support couldn't be any worse stating I am not the account owner. If any advisor pushed you to this app, i recommend getting out ASAP and take control of your own money. Without a good advisor, your money will be a pain getting out. While you cannot make your own decision to withdraw, you can very well donate more money.

Creating an app was the smart way to go, especially having the ability to use biometrics. I enjoy the flexibility of not having to speak to an agent when I want to make a deposit!

I CANNOT log in with with my access code nor my personalized access code. This is very weird as I can enter find into the online portal. Please advise which channel of communication I can bring this to attention since my assigned advisor indicated she has no rights to my code or modifying my access to system.

Recommend doing your claims via computer. ....only 1/3 of my claims processed on the app. When I called in, they said to re-do my claim via computer....cause the app was missing some prompts. A little inconvenient.

Not a lot of features like how much of your benefits you have left or at least some details of your plan. In terms of app quality, it would be SunLife, Manulife and then the worst would be iA. When I'm searching for providers, I have to provide their name, address and a bunch of other information at once and goodness forbid it isn't spelled exactly like how they have in their system (eg I type in Robert Smith but they might have R Smith) which leads to someone manually needing to check my claim.
