It Suxxx!!! App is so slow.... Can load a car by the time I do the stupid app... Twice as long to load a car. Time is money. I hate it! 🤬🤬😡

When taking pictures of the vehicles, the camera glitches out constantly. I have to keep taking the same picture 4 or 5 times for it to accept it. Then look back in my stored pictures and several pictures are saved to my phone of the vehicle. The camera feature needs work!

This app is a real nuisance. There's an update every week. Which takes up a lot of space I have to always delete something off of my phone in order to update this App. I hate it. It's a real inconvenience. The Developers need to find a new way when creating updates to delete some of there files so that when we the contractors have to update we won't lose precious videos or pictures or needed apps to update this IAA Tow App

Constantly logs you off constantly tells you that you don't have any loads when you do take pictures and it doesn't show you did it this stuff happens all the time very frustrating and no one will help hate this app its terrible and the credit card doesn't work sometimes either all this does is tie up the driver makes our days longer n longer the longer that you do a job the easier it is supposed to be but with this it gets worse every day

The recent update messed up the map. You used to be able it hit the address and it pulled it right up on Google maps. Now it tries to pull up all the information plus the address ex. Customer's Name and address and has no matches on Google maps. Now you have to manually enter every address into Google maps very annoying

For the most part a solid dispatch portal. I would like to see the ability to show all of my dispatched vehicles on one map which would make it much easier to plan routes in unfamiliar territory.

App logs you out 4 times a day. Very annoying. Over kill on security. App has 0 information to steal. You must press a button 5 times to take one photo. You must take 6 photos of each vehicle plus one of the receipt. That's 35 times to take 7 photos. Nice work.

Overall great app. Kinda dislike the whole needing the vehicle pictures thing BUT y'all definitely Need to get that Credit Card on the app working for multiple vehicles, not just one. Will rate 5 stars when fixed. (Samsung Galaxy S10+)

I tried it in Puyallup Washington but it kept kicking me back out. I tried it again in Portland Oregon but their system doesn't support electronic pull-outs. I tried it in Eugene Oregon but you have to go to a second yard to pick up the cars and they made me drive 5 mi to another yard to get a pull out and then go back and get the car.. so far it doesn't work in Washington or Oregon so I don't understand why I'm being told by the branches to use the app there store doesn't support..

I hate how this app saves all the pictures to my phone. I constantly have to go through and delete every day. App constantly crashes and have to log back in several times every day

App is telling me that their is a new update but Google is saying their isn't.

Can you add the miles to destination to the app that are on the tow bills

Waste of drivers time. People on pad get paid for vehicle check in and inventory, we don't. Really hurts commission drivers. How many times does IAAI need the same info? Pics tell the same thing inventory does. I guess thats the way it goes when IAAI is trying to lay people off and save money, try to force someone else to do something for nothing.

Great place to work and always helpful.

Works okay until it decides doing update the update takes 24 hours sometimes even longer this really kills the job when I'm out there in the field and I'm trying to take pictures and then it asks for an update and then my phone is out of service until that update stops sometimes I can be a day or two daysthis has happened to me on multiple phones I'm on my third phone thinking my phones have been problems I have come to the conclusion it is the app

Worthless app that won't login or load any information 90% of the time.

Doesn't hardly ever work. Always says there is an error!

It would be nice to say log in all the time

have to login 2-4 times in a normal workday. not enough colors for vehicles. no place for mechanical or frame/ suspension damage. No place to put/ add notes. can't put in second stops. cant change type of tow light/ medium etc.

To many updates as well as on on screen shows your zero calls and zero pending but on another screen it can show up to 4 unclose calls closed out this then makes it look like you did not finish it screen shoot many times to prove

Latest update has totally messed this app up. Can't even get to individual cats to complete work order. Just need to fix it and leave it alone. I mean really every few months you guys fk it up.

I feel like once you scan the vin number, that the color and everything that relates to the VIN should be auto filled. An ap called tow books for police towing has that feature and it's really convenient.

Not a fan of this app, from a paperless stand point I guess it's whatever but essentially this is adding a minimum 15 minutes per unit to go through that we don't get paid any extra for.

Worst app ever used.. logs a person out a million times a day and then it saves every picture to the phone that you have to take so it takes up all the memory on my phone...

Works good but the security is ridiculous on it have to log in three times a day this stupid and a password security is way way too secure for a simple check-in app

This new update is great as it has reduced the time required to secure the vehicle for pickup. We are tow operators not service writers.thank you for making our job easier!
