my schedule disappeared, I've tried to reinstall it but the color coded schedule will no reappear. frustrating to say the least.
The calendar is gray everytime i open it. I Uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times due to the same problem. Not worth the headache.
Making it hard and stressful to keep up with me schedule. This app has decided to make all days black randomly and I caught it just in time
Won't load the shift cycle on Android phone
Is not as good, for android, as it was for iphone?

App itself fine. Sadly, support is non-existent, so only 2 stars. Sub expired recently WITHOUT notification. Renewing turned into flail. Ended up paying twice for one year. Support link in app is "404". Emails bounce as undeliverable. Unless I hear back from support and can clear up double payment, I will uninstall for an alternative. Sorry, but this is unacceptably poor customer service.
This app used to be helpful, now it's a waste. I bought a new phone and can't transfer over my account. Tried resetting the password, just says invalid. So I registered again and purchased another year...big mistake, I can't even add my shifts now. Every time I try to change the start date the app closes
I just paid for a year subscription today. It said it expires next month. Now I can't even add a trade I in and I lost all my other info from the last time the app actually worked. I want my money back! Maybe the BBB can help me with this if I don't get a response.
All my trades and calendar gone. I'm really upset that it didn't back it up. Now I'm trying again, and it keeps crashing when I add a pay cycle. I lost my money and a bunch of time. Avoid at all costs! It was so great until the wanted to make money, and it's even about that. I wouldn't have mind paying for it, but why change all that was good with the app before?
I've been having nothing but issues with this app. I subscribed in march of 2017 for a year subscription, went to restore my info for the app because all of the sudden my kelly day & pay dates were off. Now my account is saying the expiration date is at the end of November, also now I can't enter any kellys or pay dates. I sent feedback & an email because this is second time this has happen, no response. The app content & setup is great just wished it worked properly. Customer is terrible, someone please fix these issues.
This app used to work over a year ago but now is just a rip off. I contacted support and told them of issues.
Very disappointed that nothing in the app works correctly. Can't add comp time and the holidays don't show up. Notification of a trade are in the middle of the shift not before the shift. Paid for a year and it shows my subscription expires in a month. Very disappointed that the IAFF doesn't care about it's members enough to fix the issues.
It's a rip off. Each time I get a new phone I have to pay a fee. Although I still have months left on my old subscription
Calendar works fairly well until I change phone. I saved all my calendar into my old phone used the back up feature put the app on the new phone it wouldn't let me log in to my account. After messaging the company they replied back I could log in but the restore feature did not work at all.
It is now 9 months later...I renewed my subscription and I still can't save any appointments, or personal events...I'd like to know when the app will update to fix these bugs... *Update* It is now almost two months later since I last reviewed this app and nothing has changed!! You would think that since this is a paid app and not a free one that the developers would've gotten the bugs worked out by now!! Going on 4 months of having an app that I paid for that does not work ...SERIOUSLY not happy right now!! 😡😡😡😡😠 Worked really well until about 2 months ago and now I am unable to save any events into the calendar and it force closes all the time. I am disappointed since this is a paid app, not a free one, so you would expect the issues to be remedied in a timely manner.
Someone needs to pay attention to the ongoing problems with this app. As an IAFF member, I am seriously disappointed with it's performance
Worked great until this past month. Now it's useless. I would hope the IAFF would spend a little bit of the money I pay in dues and to buy this app on making it work. A majority of the guys on my job had used this app until it stopped working.
Doesn't work. Crashes every time I try to add any sort of event. Been asking for almost a year for an update to fix the issue, no response.
Does not perform. Entered in my schedule and paydays, worked for a month, then everything disappears.
Very disappointed with this app for android. The app for iphone i used to have was so much better. App for iphone the font was much larger and were able to highlight holidays as opposed to android. Wish this can be corrected. I loved this app until i got new phone. Had to find another shift app
Used to work great. Now I can't add pay days or Kelly days. App crashes when I try to access the calendar to add them.
I have been using the app for years to keep my schedule for the Fire department and appointments. The only thing I'd like to see is the payday highlight show on the right day and to be able to have more choices for appointments, and other stuff.
This app was great for years, then it stopped working. Can't add trades or log vacation time. When you go to change the date, it shuts the so down. Talked to customer service several times and they still haven't fixed it. Been oos for several months now.
The app is not working properly since I transferred it to my new phone. If I hadn't already paid for this yrs sub I would delete it and find a new app. It is terrible.
I recently updated my phone and subscription was renewed in October 2020 however I cannot use or access my calendar I paid for 🤷🏼♂️. Very frustrating. Still waiting on tech support to correct the issue.
