Constant connectivity issues. Need to kill app every other time and relaunch. First screen brings up pool as if I have multiple pools that I should select from. The way it needs to work is tap on the app, app launches and jumps right into all the settings for my pool. Just make it work. I know you guys think it works that way, but it really doesn't. When I call the phone number, it's completely useless because the people are not developers they're just tech support.What's the dev support email?

Great when it works.... spoiler alert: it often does not work. At least a third of the times I open the app it doesn't do anything, just spins. The web interface is much more reliable, but also much more clunky. If anyone knows of an alternative that I can use w my Jandy system, please put all of us out of our misery and let us know

Brand new 🆕 not brand new app install and it fails setting up my cleaner. Can't even get to the screen to add it to my wifi. Sees it from Bluetooth then next screen says Bluetooth gone. 60 min wait to contact support. Update: support was no help. Update:. I had to borrow an apple phone to use the app on it to setup my device and it worked. The android app is flawed and should be fixed. This is not a phone prob as I tried from multiple android devices and types.

Just purchased a VRX IQ+ from Leslie's as part of Polaris Days Promotions. Assembled the dock, got the robot in the pool and power it all up only to find that the app DOES NOT connect to the device. I cannot even get to the wifi setup screen as the app will connect successfully using Bluetooth and return to a "Connecting" window where it will hang. I have restarted my phone, the robot control unit, cleared the app data and cache with NO SUCCESS. The control unit is right next to a router. Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

the android app is showing isn't what it used to be. I can start the cleaner, but it never shows the time left... just spins. also the 2am schedule on every day now all the sudden starts at 6am... recreating the schedules doesn't help and I can't find anywhere a setting showing the local system time.

just needs to update more often. it will have last update almost a whole day behind .lf one wants to know the temperature now when they want to use pool or hot tub,yesterdays temperatures are no help. and see no way of making it update sooner. what it does do is save a trip out side to manage turning equipment on and off. But putting on or of the pool sweeper is another story. app helps in no way with that. Still need to trudge out and set that up manually.

Works occasionally. When it does, it's convenient to control your system from an app. But vast majority of the time, app won't connect or loses connection with your equipment. Honestly, it's just better to use the web based portal and avoid the frustration the app causes.

Not sure if there is any effort in trying to provide a stable app experience. The android app constantly loses connection with the pool robot cleaner, but I go on iPad and it sees the robot no problem. Please fix this, judging by all the other reviews, many others experiencing the same thing. Great company, brutal app, please redesign

A budget bin app that they put little to no thought into over all these years. No dark mode, no customization, it's clunky, the web interface is fully featured but is nothing like this junk app for your expensive pool system. No widgets either, disappointing.

The app starts, log-in correctly, but than in the pools list, I'm not able to acces since more than a month to the single system, the app remains in loading forever. (I'm trying to access to the pools where I've Exo system installed), those systems are correctly connected and showed as online. I've tried to cancel cache and data, unistall and re-install the app, tried the app in a different smarthpone, without any success. Unfortunately also changing the password didn't help!

This app HAD worked great since 2019. It now is constantly offline. After repeatedly reseting it via the unit it goes green for a few seconds and reverts to red/offline. I don't know what changes occurred at the 4/15/22 update, but the app is now broken/useless.

This may be,by far, the worst pool app ever made. In the last 6 months, it has gotten even worse. It used to be bad,but not this bad. Nothing has changed on our end. But, in the last 6 months, it hasn't worked once. Our pool builder is hearing the same from many of his clients. To the point that they are looking at alternative options. Stay far away from this app. Trust me. It's not worth the money.

pretty awful unfortunately. it disconnects very frequently, and is quite challenging and has to be precisely timed to get it to reconnect to your home Wi-Fi. on the plus side, it can teach you a lot about patience.

We have had this app for about 1.5 years and had trouble with it since day 1. Connectivity isues, then they hard-wired the app (rather than bluetooth), then they replaced parts, etc., etc. I am so disappointed with this app that I would not recommend it for anyone. For the price of the pool this app it is a shame that it has essentially soured our experience with the pool.

It works but needs improvement. You need to figure out a way to move the stuff that's on the web version into the app. I find the web version not very user friendly. For example, my program is not operating correct and I can't get into it on the web version to see if it somehow changed. I can log into the web version fine, just can't see the details of the program. All of this should be available on the app.

App stopped communicating with pool equipment. I checked this site and saw an update was needed tried updating and it stayed in pending mode. After 30 min. Of pending status I un-installed it. Now it won't install on my phone at all just stays in spin mode pending. I am using a Samsung phone. ***Update*** had to have the antenna replaced and an alteration to the program for the pump speed on the equipment in order to communicate with App and avoid some other issues. Once the antenna was installed magically the app loaded on my phone. I don't know if this was just a coincidence or what but the technician was here when it happened.

I mostly use this app to control the pool lights. I find the color options lacking. Virtually any color is available with LEDs so I'm not sure why the selection is so limited (no red for example.) Instead of a handful of options, I should be able to select and save any color of the spectrum from a color wheel. Also not sure why the system has to cycle through every color before stopping at the color I've selected- especially when it cycles seamlessly in "disco mode"

Works fine with just my RSPS16 IAaualink panel but when trying to add the VRXIQ+ Robotic Cleaner I get an error after naming the robot "Sorry, we couldn't add the system".... I wish I would have gone with Maytronics Dolphin now. App needs all features available on the "web app" to be incorporated to this app. EDIT: Called tech support and they could 'see' my controller buy it wouldn't connect to their system; just got a new controller from Leslie's tried connecting again and it still doesn't add the VRXIQ to my app.... called support again and waiting for them to call me back. Seems to me that it's a problem with the app (v6.2.3).

The app works fine for turning heat, lights, etc. on and off. However, if you need to modify the schedule or do pretty much anything else it kicks you onto a web portal and that almost never connects. It may log in sometimes but then it'll get hung up and kick me out.

Purchases the VRX IQ+ it worked good for like 10 minutes then started showing error code 10.. I did all the troubleshooting possible and still it would go straight for 30 seconds when I start any cleaning mode and stop and show error code 10.. don't buy this product its clearly faulty.. $1500 wasted.. I'm very frustrated and disappointed.. I never thought I would have this problem with something so expensive. Seek other options save yourself the frustration.

Connection Problems with the Aqualink Central systems today 3/25/2022. System shows green but when you enter the system you receive a timeout and disconnect message. Also happens on Web interface. Other landscape devices on wifi node have no issues. Tried to call and the automated attendant declared a hold time in excess of 175 minutes. No status page for their central systems to help me confirm that this is their issue. Better communication and transparency is needed.

Never works, posted a review here and they said call a number. Called the number-20 minute wait said leave my number and they would call back when it was my turn.(just to be clear this was well over 4 hours ago lol) Never called. Terrible app, product, and service.
