This app is pretty useless. The login credentials don't work at all. I tried resetting my password, and never even got a temporary password. I'd like to say the concept is good, but I can't even get into it.
So much wrong with this app. I've had this app for a day. I used it twice. First, I put in Los Angeles and it gave me information on Washington DC. Then, I clicked "book now" on a hotel and I got an error message. Great conceptbut needs work and more offers than just rental cars and Golden Ticket.
have paid for update IATA card and cannot get into the app to update card onto my mobile phone which is the only way to receive it if you do not happen to reside in the USA - not cool! Not impressed
Tried to renew via app. It did not work well. Have to go to the website to do what I want to do God forbid you're able to phone I had to and get a quick answer try and find a number. you can always wait a while and email them not a very professional organization for one that's trying to set standards.
Won't take any password I try to create even though it fits the requirements. Now when I try it tells me Im already registered and to login with my email address. Try that amd it tells me I need to register. What a waste of time.
This is my first experience that I am using any iata related application. I have found my card here and some offers related links. Don't have time to view but I think they are useful when needed
Set up account, then immediately try to log in with credentials just created, and login fails with error. Unusable.
it's a great idea to have this app. My problem is finding classes foe different countries.
Love the app. Whenever I am going somewhere I search the country, city to see what deals AE has.
App used to be quite good, now can't seem to get it open - it closes as soon as it opens.
No packages are coming up to Disneyland and not easy accessibility. Have to figure things out
Trying to send a copy of my card by email and your link button does not work. I need to send a copy to a hotel.
Crashes every time I try to view something other than the main screen
I ALWAYS have my phone with me so the app is great; but sometimes don't have my card case.
It just asked me to renew my IATA card and is having so many errors its impossible to renew.
My experience was lacking, the app helps iatan more than most agents.
downloaded this thinking for All India Tennis Association. logo is same but inside looks like a travel App. still not sure
Cant even use the app anymore. Just flashes and crashes.

I'm able to get into the app...but there really isn't much here in the app...

I noticed after some trial and error that the password field does not allow you to input spaces, though when you set the password on the website, you can use spaces. If you are having login issues, check that your password doesn't use characters that the app rejects (for no reason).
