Another update 22/3/22: DO NOT DOWLOAD the recent version. Another absolute absurd update that further reduces functionality and workarounds have to be implemented to try and keep our team working. No communication and no consultation just large significant changes that have not been bug checked causing disruption and heart ache. 1/12/20: DO NOT DOWOAD the recent update. All photos and screenshots have to be taken landscape otherwise they appear on the side in the the audit

The idea of the app is good but I regularly have issues with using it on site. Often, photos and comments won't properly save, leaving me with no record of my observations. Also, menus don't always reliably load, preventing me from selecting a site from the list, etc. I had these issues on my old phone but upgrading to a brand new model with the latest version of Android hasn't resolved them. This also means I can't see Failures from past audits, so don't get as much value from the subscription.

New update looks very nice but usability reduced Taking a photo now ( with or without flash) takes forever. There's a good 1-2 second delay which isn't helpful

Excellent application. As a Quality manager I've been using this application and it has been the core of our quality audit program. Very impressive and professional I would definitely highly recommend it.

This is the worse inspection happen the market. COMPANIES DO NOT USE IT. It's slow, loses information, even with High Speed internet it's so slow. Every company that is paying for their people to use it is getting ripped off. A BS app.

Has worked great until the update. It doesn't open and stays on screen with just logo on. When it does finally open (after uninstalling and re install it then does not load the form i have devised on my profile. Will only work for one night while performing security patrol.

App is extremely buggy since last update, force closing, freezing, camera not working.

Works well on my iPad, but doesn't always load on my android phone. The android always seems to be the problem and it's not always convenient to carry the iPad around the jobsite. Please fix android functionality!

Great idea but needs significant improvement in how reports are generated. You can generate word reports but doing any editing is bound to mess up the formatting and positioning of report items. The pictures sometimes don't pull through and they're not placed in the document the same way so they move around a lot! Tables for text are also not uniform which also causes issues with editing. Have discussed with support several times over the last year but haven't seen any improvement.

Full of interface bugs and a highly annoying app to use. Annotations are very poorly thought out, try annotating 5 pictures with text, every time you have to go through on every photo selecting the text tool, changing the size and then if your lucky text appears. If not you have to try again with the text tool. Awful. Whoever designed that deserves an eternity of annotation photos to do. Also after it's been installed for a month its taking over a gig of storage!

Struggling a bit with recent update, time does not update when you complete a sign off task, so you need to edit time manually, sync does not appear to work manually now, with no indication that it is doing anything but does actually sync automatically. One major issue for us is that we use different accounts and each time we swap now, we have to go into settings and turn on duplicating media to device each time.

Issues i have veen experiencing, sometimes templates disappear, i assume this is because there in the cloud. When completing an Audit, if you exit the app you have to go vack into your Audit and find where you left off. Why doesn't it just automatically return you to the last option selected within the audit? Same issue while adding photos you are automatically moved back to the top of the page after adding a photo and have to scroll down to where you were last.

I left a comment and they resolved the issue same day. Great service!

I use this app to do inspections on residents homes in my job. It used to be good but it regularly crashes and will not enable the taking and upload of photos, often when I'm in the middle of an inspection. This is embarrassing and makes me look unprofessional in front of the residents as I have to take all the photos again on my normal camera phone. Iauditor really need to hurry up and get these issues resolved. I don't need support. I already know how to use the app. I just need it to work!!

The app started off as a great took but lately it won't load and it keeps freezing. It's now made my job really hard. I might have to look at for another Platform.

App was good before the recent updates. You can no longer export reports even if they are store locally on device on free accounts if you exceed your 20mb limit. I see in the replies below they claim you can, but when selecting to send or download the PDF, nothing happens. This is basically a pay to use app now. Once again, it was great until the recent updates which broke it.

We are a small company with one service technician. The app has really streamlined our options for the customer.

You guys know there are tons of bugs in this program. The app when it works is golden, but when it doesn't work, it's damaging and terrible. I might be in the middle of an audit, pull my tablet from the dock station, and the app will just close. All data lost from the audit while with a client! Now, it is throwing errors when I am ready to complete the audit saying required fields are not completed, even though everyting is filled out! I chose to mark as complete, and the entire audit is gone.

I found this not to be useful to me so I unsubscribe and UNINSTALLED the app. But they continue to send me emails I do not want. I have contacted them each time but they still harass me with their emails and not just one but 2 at a time. This has been going on since may and I'm still getting unwanted emails. Do not install unless you want loads of useless mail.

What is wrong with your app. The platform is not the same. It's hard to do audits. It doesn't want to take pictures as you're auditing.

Rubbish, every time I try to duplicate an inspection it fails. This didn't used to happen, but does on any device now. Insult to injury being that you can't do this function on the Web app either. Support via Live chat on website had me waiting for at least an hour with no messages back! One star until solved. Incredibly dissatisfied.

Since last update the app does not show the Air Force logo in my final report for download, just an "X" where the logo should be. Also, if I duplicate a report, I have to shut down the app and re-open for the new one to show.

Fantastic app with top notch support.

Excellent value for money, I've used the app for years, the occasional hissy fit but generally very satisfied.

Very good app for safety, quality and operations teams running inspections and assigning corrective actions. The template creation experience is pretty slick and the report customisation capabilities are awesome. I love the analytics page where I can see all failed items. Looking forward for incident reporting incorporated into the app in the coming months.
