Worst app ever, the website is also very poor.... I've been trying to fill online form for account opening but everytime it shows an error. I wish I could give stars in negative.
Very very very bad.. Loading time too long... After we enter the details.. Otp etc.. It's showing internal server problem.. Same issue every time i open this app.. Please fix the bugs ASAP
There is no negative stars thatz y i am giving 1 star, Worst app ever, its jus useless app, unable to see the credit card statement, everythime when i open the app my mobile crashes. Even a 8 years old boy can create a better app than this app these days.
APP did not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled. While installing it asked for card number and DOB. After submitting it stated wrong card number DOB combination.
IF RD a/c is opened for 15 months. App is not accepting SI ( Standing Instructions ) above 12 months period. * Login time is more. * Data loading time is more. * Processing time is also more. Very Very Slow App. PLEASE do something.
If Mobile Number is linked to Aadhar Number then we can open account through APP itself. Great initiative by Indian Bank. Errors are arising if Phone is not having the Net Balance or No Recharge for sending SMS to banks server. App is working fine and great
Always server error, can't able to open a bank account in this app. Tried 100 times in past one week. Very worst.

Old APP indpay is very good please go for it, because dual app for second mobile banking in this app not working but in indpay app is working properly.

Error message is coming while registering for Secure OTP that internet connection is not there inspite of having good internet connectivity.
Under credit card statement billed statement taking too long , not coming. Please rectify the bug. Otherwise App is fine

If you want to enter DOB for pulling up credit card outstanding amount ,we have to swipe back all the way to 1980's,there is no way we can enter it manually.Very bad design.
