Hasn't worked for at least a week. So I'm locked out of my account....
Never works properly
App doesn't work on large screen PHONE device. I have Motorola Fusion + and it misunderstood ad a tablet. Fingerprint feature is awesome on old device.
Can I just get the response key page please only enable user shows making this app useless and a Hassell every time to login with a new phone
Most bad reviews are unfair... Never had any speed issues myself and it serves it's purpose well. As for the fingerprint ID, it is a trade-off between security and convenience. I think IB favors security and rightly so, I believe.
Buggy, slow and annoying. IB should just allow you to use your own authenticator app to login. This one is pretty useless.
I don't get how the IOS app supports fingerprint authentication and the android one doesn't. shame shame
It was working well but now when I click Login on the website, the app doesn't automatically open on my phone. I now have to open the phone app first, then click Login on the website.
Horrible stupid useless. Do not install it. It will lock you out of your account
Bugs have largely been ironed out. A much better experience now.
Successfully authenticated on the app yet nothing happens on web browser. How do i login otherwise! Plz fix the issue this could be a major deal breaker for closing IB account.
Why is this simple app so slow and buggy? It's just one text field! Please hire better engineers.
Didn't receive sms texts codes to activate on new pixel after iPhone. When they came through an hour later, the app said "unable to activate." Have to wait an hour to speak to anyone in customer service, and, like others, can't get into my account. So much worse than iPhone !!!!
Very buggy, half the time freezes at the initialization screen
When pin field is touched call number keyboard, not letters. Will save a lot of time!

Wont let me back into my account. No text to verify phone ever comes. Locked out of account on phone and online. Such a stupid verification process
Poor connectivity. Works most of the time, but fails randomly sometimes. Always tells me authentication succeeded even when wrong code entered.
It works pretty well for the most part but c'mon, gotta add fingerprint recognition. It's been in iOS for quite awhile.
This app loads FOREVER. And it shows Application Error, the connection to the server was unsuccessful. But I have a very strong connection with me now!
Authentication initiated from web login usually fails and I have to enter challenge & response manually.
Half the time, it gives me authentication error. Please fix this. It's very annoying.
I have the latest high spec Android phone (Pixel 2 XL) yet this app is abhorrently slow. Everything takes an age to load, even the keyboard input. Unfortunately I have to use it for 2FA on IB.
Fingerprint verification is still missing. It is taking forever to develop it.
The 2FA is certainly appreciated, but the way it's implemented now is so annoying and frustrating to deal with. I can't count the number of times I've missed the window for trades because I've had to use this crappy app that takes forever to load and forever to log in. It's the absolute worst.
Does not send sms code. Tried different browsers and phone numbers. Worthless app. I wanted to apply for a debit card but it's impossible this way!
Switching phones is a nightmare, still didn't manage to get it to work on the new phone. Carrying 2 phones is not everybody's taste you know.... And no, that's my point I can't change that within the IBK app.
