It's really been a good ride with this bank. Through the UPS and downs, this is the only bank that I have stuck with for this period of a time. The app is amazing. Has more things that I need to explore but overall I live it. 5 stars for me.
The app has improved greatly since first starting to use it a few years ago. It now allows multiple transfers in one day & has improved on reflecting all current posted detail.
The app is amazing! We spend most of our time away, so being able to do everything remotely is a wonderful advantage!

Poor score due to NO ZELLE and alerts that don't tell you why you are alerted.
Do all transactions using this app: check balance, make deposits, pay bills. Works seamlessly.
Issues. I get locked out of my account weekly and have to call to get it fixed. They changed the password requirements to something completely ridiculous and instead of prompting me to change it t, It just says it's wrong, leading to me having to call 3 times to get it unlocked. The user interface is decent but the login is total bs.
Simple, easy to use, mobile deposit is an excellent feature.
Confusing to navigate. No option to lock card or account.
Mobile deposit is very picky. It's rare they I can successfully deposit a check via mobile.
Horrible- will not allow me access. If you put in that you forgot your password, it does nothing. You simply can't get in to view your account. Totally worthless
All good except the bank doesn't honor Zella which would save me quite a bit of money instead of having to use Cash App

Horrible. Before the newest update I had no issues paying my bills online. Now I can't. When I spoke with the bill pay experts, they suggested going to a regular computer to pay my bills. That defeats the whole purpose of a mobile app with online banking!!
This mobile app is rather cumbersome compared to other banking apps. In particular, I wish there was an option for a quick access pin number, rather than using your regular password. Other than that, it's adequate.
Our bank recently merged with Independent Bank. It seems to take a longer time for transactions to post but it is improving a bit. I would love to see the ability to log in with a 4-digit pin rather than having to log in with a complete password or fingerprint.
Missing many of the options I've come to expect from banking apps, such as PIN access, basic transaction alerts, and functional mobile deposits. (There is a mobile deposits feature, it's just flaky and unreliable.) I like IB, but I'm considering closing my accounts and the app is one of the reasons.
It's ok, but not the best app. It does not display transactions fast enough for you to trust that the available balance is what it is. Seriously considering another bank over the matter, it happens like clock work.
this app is very slow to show payments and deposits. its going to take some getting used to. the guaranty app was easier to read and smoother to operate.
Decent. Seems to get the job done, but everything is slower than previous app. Be nice if it was simplified since that's the purpose of an app vs website.

Absolutely the easiest banking app I have used. Concise and well put together in a fashion that enables effortless interaction through out and between accounts. The functions offered by this institution represented as online banking is well thought out and offered in a manner easily obtained by the user.
