Used to be great. Can not see cameras any longer unless connected to the same wifi. Used to be able to peak in from anywhere in the world, can't so that anymore. Please restore this ability!

It's the worst piece of software i have ever used by a long shot. Almost never works. Incredibly bad. Never ever consider buying this. Never. I have rarely hated something as much as this app. Don't buy anything from this company ever. Worst.

The most unreliable app. Currently it doesn't work at all. Before, at best, it would take almost a minute to load on a brand new GS21, old GS9, or new iphone. Wish we weren't committed to this brand. It's absolute garbage.

After latest update photos no longer save to phone (Samsung). Constantly freezes and takes forever to load. I have 2 cameras and now I have to exit the app if I want to try and check on both of my children. Absolute shambles , please fix asap the photo thing is so annoying too.

After upgrading the app, to be current, I still cannot recieve push notifications successfully. They seem to only work randomly. The video and sound still glitches and freezes too much. I don't recommend

Updates coming through regularly now, great improvement as the app had always been the weakness. Setup has been hit and miss in the past. Hardware is great.

This is one of the worst apps ever designed and that fact that they take your money for it is sad. If you are reading this return the camera to wherever you got it and buy a new one. The inconsistencies in the app are crazy frustrating for a first time parent. The app decides when it wants to work and not work. Usually it leans more to the not work side of life. I can't turn off the camera on the app so we have to unplug it whenever it's not in use. We don't get notifications any more either.

does app crashes and stalls all the time. The point of having this app is so that I can check on my baby while they're sleeping, and make sure that the temperature and everything is right in her room. The White noise will sometimes randomly just turn off and wake up the new baby, which is super fun to put back to sleep! And I would say about 95% of the time, if not a hundred percent, I have to completely exit the app and re-enter it before I'm able to check.

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. The app is atrocious. The design, reliability, overall functionality... All lacking. Been using this for 2 years, and have forced myself to continue using it to justify the high cost, but over the last 6 months, it seems as if the company has abandoned their products. Crashes and days where I have no access to the camera at all. Used to recommend this but can't even say a single good thing anymore.

I love this camera and recommend it all the time. It's got everything. I recently switched from Apple to Android and have experienced both versions of the app. I had very few issues with the Apple version. This version periodically freezes, and I cannot for the life of me make saved videos go to a particular place. In fact, they don't seem to go anywhere outside of the app. Images save to my photos as I would expect. Videos don't seem to save anywhere. It's infuriating. Alerts do not work right.

The connectivity has improved a lot. Now the connection is very stable. It takes a few seconds to load the video feed but it does load and show the video feed. One problem is that when returning to the app after having switched to any other app, the video feed starts loading again. Although I could hear the sound after switching to another app but upon returning, the feed is reloaded. The app should be able to keep the connection live even if move out and into the app.

The camera, when it works, is great. But that's where the good news ends. This app is simply AWFUL. The support with the company is just as bad. You can't get them on the phone, the voicemail (that it prompts you to use), is full. When I finally got a response, they asked me to video the issue I was having.... Ugh. I'd love if there was an option to get a separate, dedicated screen for this. Also, they require that you have original packaging for warranty issues, or they charge you 15%! AWFUL!!!

Absolute garbage. First off, this was extremely difficult to get to work on our phones. Both iPhones and Android. Second, it freezes constantly. Has since day one. And now, it just doesn't work at all. It will open, it will display temp and connection status for wifi, but it stays on a black screen. Can't hear anything, can't see anything. Absolutely useless. Luckily I have a back up camera on hand but I am not impressed what so ever. Don't waste your money.

I second what everyone else seems to say. 330 am and leaving this review. So sick of the app crashing, lagging or not giving a clear image. How it is that tech support hasn't adressed and fixed these basic problems is beyond me. App just DOESN'T WORK far too often. It's infuriating! We bought two cameras for two bedrooms and have constant problems with the image, the audio, the connection, and the list goes on. So frustrating. EDIT: Since the app updated, it's only gotten worse!

Do not buy if you have an Android phone! Unless of course you don't mind it randomly turning off every 15 minutes (20 if you're lucky) if you try to open any other app, it'll also turn off (or cause the screen to go black) if you have the gall to rotate the screen. It makes an ok paper weight, although a bit expensive compared to other paper weights out there.

I guess you have to leave a negative review to get any actual support. Tried to contact them directly and all they did was send me a link to their FAQ page. My wife's iPhone connects just fine, which tells me it is properly set up, but I have never gotten a single frame of video from my android. Displays temp, humidity, etc--all but the video, which is the point. Terrible customer service, terrible app. We'd be returning it if it didn't work on my wife's phone.

Maybe it's better for iPhone users, but the Android app is awful. The video feed constantly freezes - if I didn't have something moving in the view, I'd never know if it was working or not. I basically have to restart the app every time I want to check the feed, and this means I lose several seconds whenever I want to check on my baby. It's incredibly frustrating.

The app is supposed to stay running in the background and it does for awhile and then cuts out. Every time. I've worked with customer service to try and fix the issue but nothing has worked. Also mostly recently, the app stopped saving photos and videos I try taking. Not super impressed with the camera quality, although it is better than the Infant Optics camera.

Please, please, please sort the Windows/Android version and stop it from crashing! Every day it freezes at some point within 2 hours of it being opened, it has done this for as long as I can remember, pretty much since day 1. It's becoming an unfunny joke; the cameras aren't cheap and you NEED the app to view it, if it crashes all the time then it serves little purpose other than being a parasitic drain of my WiFi. If it wasn't for this hideous problem it would be a great app!
