Where is my lifetime account!? Won't recognize login, password, email, nothing. Paid for this, just got new phone and I NEED IT TO WORK!
So many permissions... And if i dont want to backup contacts and sms? You should follow best practices when building such app
Doesn't know my login. I have an idrive account for windows but this app won't accept my credentials.

The app is not stable, and has many buggs.

Really I don't like this updated version..there is no moving option for the backup files from one destination to another destination which we want to move...when we selected the particular image or file to move saying select the destination folder and wen selected we don't have any other option to move...once we back to move the file it get normal... unselected.... previous version didn't happen this kind of problem...till we paste the file to a particular folder the file we be in selected position...but not in these version..so plz tell me how to move

You start and setup your backup with a max space of 50G. The phone has 16G so shouldn't be a problem. Then when receiving credit card statement realize that Ibackup charged me $398.00. Customer no service said too bad.
How get the best way to open
Works great I hit bottom I thought I was being smart but high speed junkies .cost how ever it's been fun 500 to 600 applications some of them worth saving and some are just not their time wish me luck I thank I will need it.
Backs up data great but accessing data from mobile on robust wifi is painfully slow...

Tells me No Internet Connection regardless of WiFi or Data. Too bad. Would really have liked to have this with me. :(
Love having my phone backed up. Some backup jobs fail occasionally for no apparent reason, but it's just a phone so it's not like it is super critical. One thing I would like to see is an option to only display status bar notifications for failures.

Doesn't even log in. I've had an account with this company for years, because you can access your files via ftp. But this app doesn't even log in.
Current iDrive customer...app doesn't recognise user/passwd. Why the change from iDrive Online that worked well?? NOT HAPPY (Edit months later: Happier now idrive online app has been restored...cheers)
