I would have read reviews before subscribing. The app is really getting on my nerves, you go out of the app to attend to i.e Whatsapp messages and when you return back it will restart a movie you have almost finished watching, when I even download movies to watch later, it plays with a very bad clearity (even after downloading at the highest virtual clearity).

After paying for a year's package, I have not been able to log in for over a week. An update to the app logged me out and the back and forth from customer care has not been impressive. Total waste of good money and time.

The app was great for a while even though it wasn't too user friendly but now the app don't open and I can't watch movies yet I still get deducted and I can't cancel The subscription. Plz I'd love to cancel the subscription

Every after 2 days you must update it by installing it all over. The rarely add new movies. The cast to TV option doesn't work and the client service doesn't care, it doesn't matter how many times you complain. You must use only your phone to watch it. Mostly old movies and some of the them the sound system is terrible..won't recommend it at all

I see that I get charged twice every month and I contacted the IBAKATV support for clarification and no body has provided me explanation on what is happening. Definitely will have this issues redress by my bank and I will file a claim to collect all my money.

This app is really terrible! And I'm surprised nothing has been done even with all the negative comments. I can't chat with an agent because they never respond. I can't update my mobile number because I never ever receive the verification code text whenever I try to. And most annoying is that I can't access the menu where the settings and other options are. This is an integrity issue and you guys need to do something about it

Be careful, especially with your payment info. They will charge you twice and say we have a no refund policy, mind you i didn't try to make payments and accidentally do it twice. I am on a recurring subscription so it was definitely something with the system. I wouldn't care much if their customer service was good. But nooooo it was blame the customer so you don't refund. Once this end its a wrap for me.

Downloaded the app and tried signing up to no avail. I was told to verify my phone number with a one time password (OTP) that never came no matter how many times I click on resend code Uninstalling the app because what is the use of an app you can't even use??

Always check review before downloading apps. The developers of this app needs to do a thorough bug fix, I can't subscribe both on web and app. No option to subscribe.

The new fix is foolishness. It's not working properly. I've had issues opening my account and it would no let me. When I was finally able to sign in, its stating that my subscription expires after I just paid. I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with customer support and no one responds to their whatsapp numbers or live chat. This is the worst service ever.

Horrible experience and these guys need to be removed from Play Store asap. Took only 2 mins for them to collect my card details and charge the card. But they're saying I have to wait another 5 business days to remove the same card.

I have six months subscription to end February 2022 but I was logout from my subscription since December 2021 and I try to solve the problem with their staffs through chatting but they unable to solve my problem to bring back my subscription. I am so sorry to say that I was scammed by ibakatv.

This app is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. Absolutely no value for your money. They automatically logged me out for no reason and till this day, I can't login anymore but every month they take out money from my account. I reached out to the customer care and they said they'll get back to me but lie lie okk. I don't message them tire. YOU CAN'T USE THE APP, YET THE TAKE YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH. YOU CAN'T ALSO UNSUBSCRIBE AS WELL. Don't ignore all the negative reviews here like i did

I don't usually review on the apps I use but I just have to. Ever since the new update, the app has been constantly crashing and not being able to watch movies on the website either. I subscribed for last month and I only got to watch 3 movies. I even complained but nothing was done. I mean I never use to have any issues with the old version of the app but even if you guys wanna upgrade your app, I think you should try making it convenient for your consumers to use without complications.

run for yoyr life. Yes they have good movies but the app is not working and they keep charging you even when you try to canc. They have very poor customer service. Even when you try to watch it on a laptop, the website is not working. They will pretend to try to handle the issue by an online associate who never responds to anything after asking you for the email related to the account. App has not been working for over a week now. Screen is just green and I see from other reviews I'm not the only one having the issue. Because I can't access the app I can't contact tech support to resolve the issue. The app often has issues and is unreliable

This app is a hot mess. I subscribed via the website. I then downloaded the app and when I log in, its asking for plan selection. I have an active account with same email. On to the customer service, for 2 days I'm still trying to connect with someone. I sent a message and got my 1st response after 3hrs. How is that even possible? I wish I did read comments b4 spending on annual subscription. I'm even trying to cancel the automatic annual subscription the website keeps giving me error message

Your app can get better. At the moment, it takes a lot of time to come up, takes up so much space, downloaded videos are super blurry and even some other videos have terrible sound editing. I know you guys can do better, for your customers' satisfaction since you claim that's your priority. Ejo, Ibaka.

Says I have subscription already, yet keeps coming up with subscribe screen and would not move further. Ibaka used to be so good and so smooth that, even if you could watch the first 30minutes without sub, you were encouraged to pay to watch the other half of the movie. I would suggest they revert to their old tried and tested app / browser and forget about so called upgrading to this frustrating tech.

I subscribed on the 19th of December 2021 and on the 26th the subscription stop since I can't watch any movies please I need help because I subscribed for one month

Why do I keep getting notifications to verify my phone when you guys fail to send otp to my line? Y'all are ruining my experience in the app. You either send me the damn OTP or stop disturbing me

It's not a good app at all, there 14days free trial is worse, you will have to pay for subscribe before you can use the free trial. No terms and conditions to read, Nothing. Video quality is very poor, Bad customer service, I asked several questions, none was answered all the lady was saying is "sorry for the inconvenience " IBAKATV you need to work on your app and service. It's just a waist of money

You guys sincerely need to work on your app. Each time I try downloading a movie, it fills my phone with space with caches. And the download command hardly activates. You have to keep pressing your phone screen for it to get started. This app is one of the worse app on google playstore. The owners should get expereince people to fix it or build a better one. I dont plan on renewing my scription anyway untill im sure it has been improved. Thank you.

A very very useless app. I regretted that i subscribed on this app. I can't even download movies, I have to streamline Everytime. And the one movie i was lucky enough to download refused to play. One of the movie i was downloading got stuck at 67% for 3 whole days. I restarted the app and it is still the same nonsense. A total waste of money

This is another frastrating and unreliable stream service, with good contents but bad delivery experience. I don't fault your content, but the delivery experience. This app is frustrating 😤, both app experience and Web experience, the app is worst. Probably you need some new concept for your content delivery. But make sure you don't remove more than that one month subscription in my account else, court or regulating agency will settle our matter.

Can't download any movies, always having problems. Even when you have paid your monthly subscription fees, it says you haven't. Then have to contract customer service that are barely there. This app is just horrible.
