This is the right app for IBALL GUARD TOTO SMART HAD PT CAMERA. I came to see some negative comments from some. But that is due to inproper configuration. Please read the manual thoroughly before installing.it will work fine. Very nice Product from iBall.😍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for idea sim and some users make the APN in mobile network settings to IPV4/6 MODE for proper video streaming over mobile data network .
There are lots of bugs in this app....app is least user friendly...mi app is quite stable nd more user friendly...i install memory card also but no previous data this app is showing No motion videos
not working in Idea network. have tried in other phones too. the phone which uses idea sim, doesn't provide live streaming of camera. its working fine with other networks
I'm using the app on mobile and it works fine but imI unable to download the same on Samsung tablet. Is there different way to install on tablet....
frode camera iam buy new came and i am steel tryong to connect my phone but every time wrong user name and password but i dont have make new password option but every time show user name or pass is wrong. i am return this camera device. all friends not buy iball camera thanks all frinds and give 1*star this app
Please add, privacy mode button, when the user want some privacy camera stop the recording, this feature in Xiaomi me camera.. hopefully iball also add this kind of feature in this app thank you
Can't understand about app....the live streaming not work properly even the camera function doesn't work through the phone....?
Very poor App. Not at all user friendly. IBall support also not cooperative. It does not work on my Asus Zenphone Android verson 5
app shows wrong timing!! The india time should show GMT+5.5 but it has option of GMT+5. Thus time in camera gets half n hour delayed

Dont know how this app work with iBall Guard CCTV camera. every time it's show a massage that connection failed. don't know how to deal with it. So I am not buying iBall CCTV camera.

Friends don't purchase iball products, customer support is worst, i have submitted my mobile for repair and not received even after 1 month, full of crooks, this company is cheating customer.
Time zone in india is GMT+5, which give lag of 30 mins in video time. Time zone shoud be updated for india to GMT+5.30

Require some updates..! 1. No option for setting InfraRed light On/Off. 2. No Option for Turning off Startup Voice prompts at Camera Side. NearBy objects in front of Camera reflects Infrared light back to the Camera sensor resulting in flooding of the image. So we need an option to turn off the InfraRed even in the dark.
