I was skeptical at the beginning.. but actually worked with great speed and reliability while having 0 fees and great rates.. I'm almost expecting to be screwed sometime in the future because it looks too good
Great service! Very fast and safe transaction. Honestly, I was afraid of using ibani at the beginning, but now after I tried it, I confirm to you that its 100% safe, not fraud. Also, what I like about them is their quick support for any doubts you might have.
A mesh. KYC is blocked, but one never knows, as it is possible to send docs next page even if they still ask for it. Worst, sensible banking data was uploaded from my phone without my knowledge. The support team almost non existant and, when contacts, minutes after is unauthorised by the "manager". This person offers services unable to deliver and, with no shame, must desist by written days later. This 'financial payments' service stops working during periods of a week...
Sceptical at first as it was the solution to all my problems. They've been absolutely fantastic. I was in a bind starting a job in Switzerland and needed a Swiss IBAN for my salary but being a frontalier meant I had to have a Swiss account. Ibani were very professional, uploading of the documents was easy and answered all my questions really quickly. They helped me get set up and was able. To give my employer a Swiss IBAN. Happy with their service.
Had a Problem with the regestration which was fixed very fast. I submited my documents for review and waiting to be aprooved. So far everything seems fine
After they collect all my documents including selfie with id, they sent me an e-mail info that their service is not available in my country, which is a EU country by the way. They are scammers collecting documents for other purpose.

I opened the app, gave all data they requested, and it says 48hrs to receive the new IBAN. Already 20 days since then and nobody even answers the complaint. I booked an interview, and I did not receive any link. Should I recommend this app to get 10CHF that I cannot use?
If you are a frontalier who wants to receive your salary in euro without a Swiss bank account Ibani is the solution! They also offer a great rate, my transfer cost around 0.5% compared to 5% with my French bank. Setting up the app was easy and the customer service is very efficient and responsive.

I have only done one transfer so far but my first experience with this service was great. Everything worked as advertised, the transfer itself was immediate and the exchange rate very fair (especially when compared to the the rip off rates of Swiss banks).
