The thing is user interface is not properly instructed. It's way too cluttered with unnecessary transitions and options. All in all it could have been better. UI is like 2 out of 10. It has nothing to do with banking experience tho. But it's more about the developers. It was up to them and they messed it up. Also it could have been better if added the below features: 1. 2 factor authorization (Google authenticator, microsoft authenticator etc) 2. NFC transactions

This app has a lot of problem. Every time i try to sing up by email. On the last stage when i fill the verification code and submit then it show some problem like new account doesn't have any profile and something like that. Then if i tap to resend verification code it shows registration successful. But after that if i go to the app and try to sing in it shows invalid user id or password. What the hell!!

The app is very good. But there something to be fixed. Sometimes the touches dont work. And the feature you can add in the next version is. Add the functionality of transferring fund bkash or rocket to ibbl account. Because i can not find any mcash store anywhere. Thank you for this app. The best think i like about this app is that it is very fast.

The UI needs a lot of work. It's not very responsive. It doesn’t seem like a secure way of banking just because there are not many security features and the app looks like it was made by a high schooler. The app has to both look and work well for people to have any trust in it. Take some references from the bkash app Maybe.

The app is good but I recently facing some issues. When I tried to login to the app using my credentials, It's continuously showing me that the "User ID or Password or Device info or all are incorrect". I double checked and entered the correct credentials but it still showing me the error every time. :(

Can't even get the app to start. Wants code that has been sent to email. But there was no code in the first place, & if i choose the option to resend email, the email comes after hours! If the use the code from that email, it says wrong code! And I cant authenticate my device. Very poor app from such a reputed bank

Latest version app IBBL 4.1.2 design looks more user friendly but in terms of advanced feature no where seems to be competitive if compared with BRAC or Dutch bangla. Features like immediate mobile top up instructions , international money transfer. And all the app features should be properly guided with details about the charges and rates . Currency rate features .. Hope to see all of it.. Regards

User interface is very good than previous version. But current version is very slow. It takes time more than 40 second or higher to start operation. So developer should takes step to speed up the app. Also cash fund transfer for ATM withdrawl facility need to be included.

I feel safe and secure with this apps! But I think one thing should add that is 'in word’ of the payment amount. Once I made e mistake! ওhile sending 10000 I had sent 1000. If in word system was there, I did not make that mistake. I expect you to add this thing while updating the app next time. Thank you!!

I can't access to my account even after input my password user I'd. Every time it shows me that service unavailable. Second time I want to log in through another device. Then it showed me that device info, user name, password all are incorrect. Now tell me what to do. It is really disappointing.

I don't believe that this is an application of a national Bank. No details appears after install this application. I think it's necessary to show welcome interface window on this apps while it's open. And apps video intro is too poor, uses free software. Try to make some higher video intro using top quality software that Need to show unique information something like Payoneer, PayPal, Payza etc.

Now the dashboard looks like good enough in the current virsion. However if there is a menu of recent activities like last 2 or 3 transection summury (itransfer/fund transfer/mobile recharge) it would more convenient & prefarable.😊

Good apps. But should add self registration option for sign up. Many bank did it. Our apps do not allow it. Here have to fill-up few information, then have to submit printed copy to own branch. In this modern era it will be considered as a backdated system. You should start self registration option immediately.

Following issue is Resolved! Clear Data for IBBL app in App Settings. Then relaunch the app. You will have to enroll your device again. Issue: Last few days I could not login through the mobile app but I can logon via your IBBL website. Why the mobile app is not working? Can you sort this out as soon as possible please and let us know when the issue is resolved. Thank you in advance for your urgent attention to this.

Its got some basic flaws, for example when I am typing my password its showing in the predictive text field on the phone, that should no happen. Also, I think finger print authentication features should be available by now.

so so. every time u login u need to use the long and hard password which is an inconvenience. nexuspay is better in ease of login, it uses a separate pin to login from the app, thus no need to type the actual password. Also the user id(email) is visible in the login screen which is a security risk. A separate pin for the app would be much more secure where u don't have to put your account email address for everyone to see.

This app helps me lots of things, but needed more development also new features that we can use more easily. By the way. Thank you for highly support.

I have use this app more than five years. This is very helpful but when I need to pay palli bidyut bill there are no option palli bidyut. So my humble request please added palli bidyut bill option. Thanks....

The App is very handy. Long ago, I requested to introduce Periodic payment feature, and IBBL appreciated too. For example I need to send an amount to my mother every month. So if there were a feature of auto debit instructions, which we see in every foreign bank app, I could rest assured of timely transfer hassle free. I request IBBL team to introduce Periodic payment feature for the first time in Bangladesh.

3rd class banking apps. It's not working properly. I just check the my bank account details. I can't sent money with anyone. When i try to sent the money they show the notification wrong pin but I put my rigt pin. Really shame on this types of banking support. Ibbl is one of leading bank in Bangladesh but this types of things are not acceptable from the banking services. After see this apps, I have one question in my mind is our money is safe in ibbl? 😕😕😕

I am using this app from long time. I think it’s time to update this app. The Ui & whole design looks like old & not user friendly. Need smooth UI & smart looks. You can follow citytouch or bkash app for ui & smoothness. And i request to IBBL authority for add fund transfar to bkash & nagad. Finaly i want to say IBBL need to explore their otp system. Need email & phone number both otp channel. 🤗

Bad apps..totaly useless.. this apps provided what! i cannot transfer to an other account from this apps. if u want to sent money then you have to log in on bank web site,! if like that happaning so why make that apps? i have some screen shot but review section no have upload option.bad lack. Carrective action : IBBL please upgrade / and improve your Apps and Banking System.. exp... online banking. thats it from my self.

I'm so annoying with this app. How many times I try to signup. But every time it's fail. Example not valid id name. Not valid email id etc etc. Please fix this matter as soon as possible. Thanks for co operate.

Faltu app. Why the registration system is analog? Islami bank has long way to go... they even couldn't reach nearby to DBbl. The things I don't like about the app & Islami Bank is they are far behind from latest technology. My guess is either they don't have good IT department, quality programmers, designers.

Nice app. Suggestions: 1. Fund transfer to MFS like mcash, bkash, rocket, nagad etc. should be added. 2. Electricity bill payment to Palli Bidyut Prepaid Meter should be added. 3. Add money to other bank accounts or cards should be added. 4. e-commerce to popular sites like daraz, e-valley, bagdoom, ajker deal etc. should be available. 5. Online purchase tickets of bus/railway/airways/launch should be added. 6. Existing services of ibblportal should be available.

As one of the leading pvt bank in Bangladesh. IBBL should not charge any fees for using NPSB/BEFTN. This app is very helpfull and easy to use. But you can be updated for- 1. Biometric Login such as fingerprint. 2. Auto debit payment. 3. All type of bill payment system, must add "Palli Biddut". If you add these features I hope it will be the best bank in Bangladesh. not goos as expected; there is no accurate system without just checking the balance. Need to improve the systems of amount transfer history, widrwaw statements bt dates and others also.
