The banks are wrong, I was not aware that there is a third party involved in the Bill Pay process. I've used this method for a very long time. Last month I paid my Bills as usual, but they were all kicked back as insufficient. Why? My money is there. I paid my bills out of my active account, I don't think you can process a bill on a closed account, yet the bank let them blame me, the customer! I must find another way for paying my bills!
Horrible experience. They keep stealing my money, transfered 10k from one bank to another, they whole time I was waiting thinking the money didn't come through; it came but they hide it so it wasn't reflecting on my account. Look around the tabs, saw them creating false mobile transfers. I have only 1 account & it's just about a month long. Most of the dates were dated for 2021. They stole my 10k transfer I did from another bank & they are blocking my mobile app daily Balance, stealing my $$$
The app is very sketchy transactions dissappear and their is hardly any information when you try and look up the details of the the transactions. And they want to go cashless imagine if they do and you wake up one day and they disappear your savings or plain lock your account and can't buy. Forget that and this app needs to be more clear and transparent with the details.
Easy to navigate. Alerts are timely. Easy to use features, like bill pay & transfers.
IBC has been an excellent experience for me. After moving from Fort Worth to Oklahoma City, I found a really great bank full of professional and outstanding individuals that have made banking a pleasant experience again!
I keep having to change my password every few days! Don't know why this keeps happening!!! Extremely irritating & inconvenient!! I'm a 73 yr. old female & keep getting lost here in S.A. - does not help my nerves! Then I had to get a new debit card & it took 10 days to get it! I told him it be back Friday, May 13 to pick it up due to the computer being down. I went in the next afternoon to get my new card only to find out it had been mailed! I specifically told him I'd be back on 5-13-2022.
Any time I have to restart or turn off/on my phone the app stops working. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work.
Its so easy to use! It's a habit now at end of the day just to see if there are "any" unknown charges, and also to see my direct deposits from frends, amazon, payyroll etc.
Great bank and app so far just hope they intergrade Zelle like most banks do and have the option for debit card designs options and add the debit card options inside one app instead of using 2 different ones
This is the WORST app of any app I've ever used!!! Frequently says "The amount you entered did not match the amount detected." although it does! If it's not that it has a problem with something else like being able to read the picture! It doesn't matter which device I try to use. Once again I'm going to have to go to the bank because the app is pretty much worthless for depositing checks.
The slowest app ever. Very inconvenient when you are trying to transfer funds that need to be done on the spot
I am a 20 year customer of this bank, and do not do investing, stock trading or much else but a simple checking account with debit card. For me, it is easy to use, can make deposits via images, and is concise and accurate. For power bankers, the app may not accomodate them. I do not have the income to play that game, so it does not concern me. I rate it 5 stars.
Love the new app. Appreciate being able to see if I am spelling my password correctly, cuz sometimes my finger enters the letter next to the one that part of my password.
it's ok when it works but for the past weeks it's been down more often than any app I've ever used. I also think that all pending transactions should be taken out of (or added to) to available balance. Sometimes it does but others it does not, making it confusing to purchase things when 5+ items have been pending for days and some of them have not been substract from available amount. galaxy S9 user.
Overall, this is a good app with some useful features, but I keep having an issue with mobile deposits: when photographing the check, the app crops out too much from the sides, cropping out important information like the issuer's name, account info, check #, & date issued. And the outline/frame with which you're supposed to line up the check isn't the same dimensions as the checks I need to deposit (personal checks, 6"x2.75"). My other banking apps don't have this problem. Please fix this.
The worst bank and banking app ever. I've had more fraudulent charges than any bank I've ever used. App doesn't work all the time.
Love this App! It's easy and so accurate every time. I've never had a bug or problem with it.
It's a good app if you want to see your balance. BUT is not very accurate on adding & subtracting your transactions. One day it gives me that I'm on negative & the following day tells me a different balance. I don't really like it but is the only app they have
Horrible. Downloaded this app for the singular purpose of remote check deposit and it doesn't work. Takes clear pics but won't accept the entered amount as printed on the check. Frustrating and annoying!
transactions show up all wonky randomly wrong post dates everything is pending for days can't even tell what's really going on with account
Easy to use but I find the transaction descriptions a little hard to read. I think if the font on the vendor names was bolder, or in a different style, it would be easier to search for particular names when scrolling through them visually.
I love the app because it's easy to use & to see when my money has been put in or how much I have left. That being said I hate the new update, I can't even log into my account anymore & when I click forgot password because it says it's wrong(which isn't) it takes me to a blank page where nothing pops up. So I've been using the online website to check on my account. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible Just horrible .. been using this app for 4 weeks, the first went well, but going onto the third week it started failing me.No matter what I try the transaction date is always WRONG and decreases my balance when I didnt even waste a penny on some days. I feel like im being scammed. If one day I go out and eat it'll tell me I did it on another day from when I went. Totally dont recommend downloading the app
