Since the app updated, I am not able to login. Always shows token error. I have logged my complaint by email but can't find any solution. Please look into it and solve my problem. This app is very important and helpful for me, because I am also suffering from IBD since 2005
It is a great community of people from all over the world. Everyone is trying to help each other figure out different ways to get relief and work towards remission. The app crashes a lot but it is still very new, I imagine it will need some adjustments before everything runs perfectly. Thank you for providing us with a way to connect and exchange ideas and advice! 💜
So the app logged me out for schedule maintenance one night, doesn't seem to recognize my log in info now as it keeps stating an error. Tried to reset the password but still fails. I've shared some private stuff on this app forum to just be kicked out like that. I hope anyone else thinking about using this app, be mindful of what you share because ultimately, they can close your account for doing nothing at all.
I think it's a fantastic app, it's quite a good way to connect and interact with similar people, who can share their experiences with this debilitating condition / symptom of digestive problems and affiliated diseases that goes with. It's always good to be able to talk about certain problems that effects us, because when we talk, we have a way of releasing and destressing as well, it helps a lot. In this way we don't feel so alone and scared sometimes that something serious may happen to us.
Every time I try to sign up it's show error of no fresh token. Please do the needful.
The app is completely non-functional for me - I can't start it up, I receive an error that the app cannot accept my phone number due to a "map error". Next time opening the app I lost all info I had prepared for creating my profile to that point.

Great way to feel connected to others going thru similar experiences and nice way to share with others giving you a sense of purpose. Tons of resources to explore which is so important as there is much less support to be found as compared to dealing with other syndromes and diseases. Very much appreciated.
It is great app but recently I cant use the app because of it requires high speed connection even my connection speed is 1MB/S but it says check your connection. I can't log in back again please fix the app it was helpful app for me.
Refreshing! To find a community of people battling same/similar issues (as I am) and being able to feed off their experiences/solutions and their words of encouragement! I love it.
I love this group and reading other people responses, I have some of the same issues but,its good to know you can connect to others.

Could never sign in,got tired of it saying . were having trouble after I did everything.
It's looks like it would be a great app. However it won't let me in because my ten year old has crohn's and I don't. So guess I will look elsewhere for advice

Eversince the app changed from Healthline IBD to Bezzy IBD, I can not sign into my existing profile or create a new one.. I keep getting a JSON error... This is absolutely terrible... Alot of the info from this app helped me and now I am completely removing this app because it is unusable...UPDATE (30/05/2022) tried my luck again to install the app and log in or create a new profile... Still no luck. I am not going to waste my time again to retry and access my profile. The app remains unusable.
