This app is just hopeless. You add a flight and it doesn't save it to my trips. Then today I unexpectedly got a notification from the app to check in for tomorrow's flight. Unexpectedly because this trip doesn't feature in my trips. I clicked on that and the app says it couldn't find the booking. So I entered it manually. The app found the trip. I went through the check in process and there was an "application failure." A waste of time

Absolute worst airline app ever. (Doesn't work on desktop either) Takes forever to load, then brings up an error message. Great to stress out about check-in when you're on the other side of the planet. Also doesn't give you the opportunity to change seats. Low cost airlines do much better. Hugely disappointed.

The emergency contact entry is broken, it won't allow a pre-fix for the emergency phone contact, so you cannot progress from that screen. This app seems to have been released without anyone testing it to check in to a flight.

Unable to check in, information doesn't save. Pretty terrible app all around. At least it lets me select the United States as an option for my country of origin unlike the website which is essentially worthless.

It's a shame to propose an app like this, my miles balance remains unchanged and I need to claim them everytime I fly, my booking are not popping up and need to be looked for with the booking number everytime, gate info are supposed to be synchronised but somehow there is always an error forcing the app to close. Reinstalling is not helping either and I have a recent phone.... this looks like a beta test version of a app but surely not something a company like iberia should be offering.

Have been using the app since 2019, seen little change - simple + easy to use. However for several months now unable to log into the IB plus section. The only thing that works is getting the boarding pass on the phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled - no change. Very frustrating

Worst app and customer service ever. So disappointed as a leading airline in Spain/EU. I booked a ticket to Sweden and they sent me all information in Swedish and Spanish but I don't speak both languages. I mean we are living in 2022, your customers not limited in Spain or silly chose the destination's language to communicate with customer. I booked Optimal which is included checked bag but when I tried to check-in the app said I booked with no luggage and pursue me to buy again.

If you download the boarding pass as pdf, and then any other option, the other options will throw an error when scanning at the airport, if the pdf option shows an error downloading, any other downloaded format will also show an error when scanning at the airport. Solution is to check in again. It should have an option to view borading passes anytime after the check in, once checked in you have the option to view the boarding pass.

Having bad experience. Website constantly crashing. App doesn't work. Booked flight, got changed next day instantly, flight now needs to BE altered, only method is to call. Calling cost money +-30cent per mn. Need to wait 3-4mn before anyone picks up. Call broke mid way, nobody bothered calling back. Have bad feeling they want to charge more because flight needs to be changed now due to they overlapping my two flights. Wasting to much money, always changing my already paid flights.

Very disappointed, It is not in synch with what you see on your profile online e.g. can see an upcoming flight there but does not show in the App, offers a seat for free thanks to adquired status, then charges you for them in the last step

After many years still the same. Inestable crashing. Asking for name and reservation number after loging in. Same for the web site. It's a shame!!. It took me 30 minutos just to check in. Can you please do something finally?????

Great airline, awful app. Doesn't recognize my credentials, won't let me access my tickets, though it knows it's me because of the email. Guys sort this out please.

Worst app I've ever used. Never lets you check in as there is always an unexpected problem. Generally slow to navigate. I never could use it once to aid my flight nor could my colleagues actually hindered. Wanted me to upload documents and when I tried there was no way to upload as the upload buttons were bugged

User experience with this app is pretty confusing, ended up checking in through the laptop.

When trying to manage my booking, " an error has occurred, try again later" is the constant message always.

The app in general is really slow, furthermore I very often have issues booking flights due to "unforseen issues"

Overall glitchy, forcing lots of logins. Possibility to type in the Loyalty Member Program number when booking is removed, for any company. It is impossible to select to type as if it was not even a programmed text entry field. Seems too much like they do not want you to get the discounts they constantly flaunt about. Also absolutely terrible Client Assistance phone service, think twice before flying with them.

Same as all iberia experiences - slow, inefficient and frustrating. As expected

Getting lots of connection errors while using the app, which are resolved by repeatedly trying again. Checking in seems to work, but on Android you get the boarding passes as PDF or PNG via email. The 'boarding passes' section in the app is just for show (maybe only works on iOS?). Cannot look up a flight status with its flight number. This app is okay to do the online check-in and maybe bookings, but after this you'll be using your email client and an online flight tracker instead. As someone who uses the KLM, Delta, Lufthansa and other apps on a regular basis, I can say that this app adds practically nothing that one couldn't already do with a simple browser.

I fly with Iberia about 6 times per year and I hate this app. It's never been improved and it's a roll of the dice whether you will be able to successfully check in. If you are lucky enough to check in, good luck finding your boarding pass in the app. It used to be easy to find but I have no idea how to access it without checking in all over again.

I have been using this app for 2 years but suddenly it stopped working showing an error when searching flights. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Also installed in a different phone and also unsuccessful. Not having this app working is really a problem as I travel every week and website booking is less user friendly.

Worst app ever! Slowest thing in the world and it keeps on giving server errors... So disappointing

tried to check in. First I got a generic "transactional error" that got me back to the home of the app, then I get a super informative "unexpected error. Please check in at the airport". Very bad app, I travel a lot and this is the first time that I am unable to check in because of a malfunctioning of the application. They also added a fee if you pay with credit card. Great

Could not log in to iberia+ because of constant errors. Credentials were correct but account was locked anyways. Can't access boarding pass since app decides it's time to have an error each time I try to find it. Et cetera. Honestly, just use the website. It won't be much better but you'll at least save some space on the phone.

At first, I couldn't get the boarding passes, nor check in. But finally it worked.

This is the slowest app I have used for a while. Retrieving a booking takes literally minutes, whenever the app has to access some kind of data online it takes forever to load. This is extremely irritating when you're at security or the boarding gate and just want to whip our you boarding pass quickly, but have to wait 2 minutes for the app to retrieve your booking.

The service of Iberia Airlines is so so bad, 1/100 points. I just want to know whether passengers need transit visas when having the flight from Havana to Hanoi and taking a transit stop at Madrid Airport. They don't have any answers and suggest me to ask the Embassy of Spain in Cuba?!?
