ibi - The Smart Photo Manager

Some serious bug affected the app. It won't let me log in. After the last two updates, the app does not syncing my entire photo gallery, to be specific "month of February" The buttons "send feedback" and "get help" do not work. Overall a very god app, with few missing features that can make a bit easy the selection and album creation- adding the option to multiple select while swipe touching multiple pictures. Not syncing the last pictures,

It once worked and now it keeps asking me to be invited even though I've accepted multiple invites. Using desktop browser there is no issu login in and viewing photos/album, so it seems like the app itself. Very very frustrating. Our Ibi is now useless for it's intended purpose. Using Moto G Power. Please fix.

Started out great (Five stars)....now I can't figure out the problem. (two stars.) I've had this device and app for a year and now having issues with it just like all others in the rating comments. What Happened ibi!?? please resolve these issues. this was a great device...what changed? I don't want to lose my photos!!!! Please fix these issues, blank screen on phone, unable to connect, upload fails.

This app used to work amazingly now it doesn't open up past the welcome screen, which is only there for a second then I'm staring at a white ibi screen which never loads. Feeling very frustrated because the device itself is not cheap and they can't even get the app to load. Mind you for some reason some of the pictures get duplicated no matter how many times you delete them.

Definitely not as good as the ibi of old. Sign in was cumbersome, they're removing features, backup doesn't work as well.

Garbage - no longer allows me to login. Message states to login to my Western Digital account but doesn't allow input in order to attempt to login. POS

I really enjoy this app! It's easy to use. I love using it on Roku to look at my pictures on TV. And sharing with family is easy. One thing that needs to be improved is we need the ability to go straight to the album we want without having to scroll through them all.

Update: back to working Update: Back to not working. Log in, then logs me out immediately. Update: It took a while but the app is better. Some glitches here and there but way better than not being able to log in. Been over a month and I havent been able to use the app. Tried un installing and re installing and now cannot even get passed the set up before it logs me out.

I really thought this would be an awesome piece of technology for the price BUT it's so NOT! I have so many duplicate photos its ridiculous! I delete the duplicates and some how they keep returning sometimes up to 2 or 3 duplicates, it's crazy confusing! I don't recommend it. ☹

For the price it good for storing pictures and videos. My wife bought it for me, so I think it has 2 TB of storage. Can store pictures from my phone using Wifi or mobile data when I use the phone app. If the links works to share a photo album, it will get an extra star from me.

The app used to work great. Now it closes within 45 seconds every time I open it. It no longer uploads my photos to the Ibi device Update... I just Uninstalled and reinstalled. so far so good, it's still running after 3 minutes and syncing photos.

This may be the buggiest app I've ever tried to use. Pictures sometimes upload properly, and sometimes they are at extremely low resolution. The sort by date function doesn't. Really junk! The ibi will fail in the market unless this is fixed.

Can't tell which pictures have been backed up or not, leading to much space being wasted on duplicate copies. Also, the app itself is swelling in storage demands; it now swallows over 2gb of memory to store thumbnail images of everything. App won't connect to replacement IBI. Do not buy this POS.

No support for Google photos. Google no longer supports sync between Google Drive and Google Photos. Also no way to choose which folders or file types to sync with Google Drive. I didn't buy the ibi device to sync documents, I bought it to sync only photos. Isn't this what ibi is supposed to do?

Nicer than I expected, unit is stand alone and just connects to WiFi, add phone and cloud drive acoounts and you get all your photos in one place. Would like to see it possible to allow inner circle to add photos to shared post and to be able to see all inner circle photos uploaded with permission set.

Was fantastic when I first setup. Now it tells me it connected to ibi and my network but then still says offline. I have reinstalled app multiple times. Rebooted and reset to factory multiple times and still does the same thing....

One reason to choose ibi is to store photos in the local, instead of cloud. Many of our photos were uploaded onto Google Photo, not the Google Drive. Unfortunately, there is only download from Google drive available, not the Google Photo. Can ibi fix this issue?

Good photo back up, however I find that lengthy videos can't be added lll play around with it more to see if I can get to work. If I can get the videos imported than I'll give it a 5 star rating. Update: Long videos can be uploaded so 5 🌟.

This app locks up. You can spend time on it creating folders only to have them disappear. It is like the app can only handle so much work and it gets tired and then stops working as it should. The app is not good!

Don't use social media so this is an awesome device/app to stay connected with family. However, the app can be so much better, problematic with uploads and sometimes get disconnected way to much.

Love this - it makes it so easy to stay organized and I dont worry now anout losing photos. I also love that it moves auromatically from my phone to storage without me having to do it. Great piece of mind.

Have been using for over a year. Now I can't get past the Hello page....just a blank background with Ibi on it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times...nothing. let's fix the problem already!!!

This is a good service, but still needs fine tuning. I wish it were smart like Google Photos for things like detection of duplicates and face recognition.

It worked at first now I can't get it to open or get my photos or backups from this. Not a happy camper. Must be made in China. I get only a blank screen. So no controls to work. I wanted to give it a minus 5.

was informed that support for steaming devices is going away. useless without this

Ibi really improved their app these past 2 years 👏. Easy to use and super easy to find photos you are looking for. Perfectly organized too!

I don't even feel like I can give it one star. I bought FOUR of these for my daughters and myself. I've tried for an entire day to set things up. I just emailed my daughters, who live all over the country, and we're trying to figure out how to return them. I'm extremely disappointed because I thought this was a wonderful way to share photos without having to post everything to social media. A good friend loves his, but I'm really frustrated.
