Don't bother with this app. It's a scam and if it isn't than it's really poorly run. Customer service is horrible and useless. Deposits don't work. I made 2 deposits when I first opened my account. The second one went through quickly, after 5 days of waiting I emailed customer service about the other deposit and they said we will just have to wait and see. The next day they claim the bank refused it because the account didn't exist even though they already took the first deposit out of my bank. And they charged a fee for the bank refusing. So I tried the micro deposit bank linking. I successfully verified it but they still won't let me make a deposit. Garbage. Use a real brokerage like Schwab instead.

I invested $5 in Facebook, plus earnings it was $7.2, they changed their terms requiring minimums and my available balance was "cleanup" as it appears on my balance. The idea behind this app that is possible to made micro investments to learn in a beginning is not longer possible. So this reduce to many existing apps in the market without any aggregated value or differential.

I don't know much about the app because when I get 19% of the way through and it asks for my residential address it won't let me go any further past that and I've tried to enter it on a couple different days but it's been the same where it won't let me progress and finish filling out whatever other questions it has.

Could not even get it going. Was pending my account for a week. Then they said they need my ssc and passport. I had them delete my account. I would not trust this app. Garbage to me. Plus out of country service help. Like obviously this is not being run from the USA. Don't trust this app.

Been using it for a little over a week now. The app is easy to use, the deposits take a while to clear and the capital orders too. Other than that it does as advertised and allows people from outside the US to invest in the stock market which is great.

I like the app, but sometimes happen things, and I'm cannot contact inmediatly with the team, because there is not a telephone number to reach them. I have to wait hours for an answer, but at the end, always I have an answer. so, thank you anyway.

Customer service is pretty great, and i would have to say this is the best stock app that ive ever downloaded. I actually tripled my money so this is definitely legit.

Gave it 5 star when I open account (year ago) now had to give it less. Reason is must of stock bought was $5, $10, $15 and now trying to buy more and asking me a minimum of $25 when most of my stocks are not even close to that. If I have a stock at $10 and I want to REINVEST I should be asked a minimum of $5 like when this app first open. As of now I can't reinvest due to minimum asking for, I can understand Strategies min of $25 should not be stocks. Open account due to similarity of Stash App.

Go for a real broker as there are many options out there. It was very easy to fund the account but for withdraw is a different story. Plus they will do it in their best interest not yours, not when you do it. Just go for something real.

horrible experience, they charge $55 USD commission to withdraw your money and then they additionally charge the international wire transfer fee to be charged to the receiver bank when the money arrives, effectively charging twice on the commission, so any gains made on the platform get easily wiped by the withdrawal commissions.

It's an easy app to start investing with small quantities. Very good to start a saving plan or make a invest portfolio.

It's the best experience. I wish I knew earlier. the only thing is, it's expensive to withdraw- this should encourage long term.

Transactions take for ever. Even when you charge your account , which take around 3 days , you can't buy stocks directly. The idea is great , but very bad execution .

It's extremely simple and it's you slowly buy pieces of a stock till you can afford a whole one.

It' absolutely ridiculous their disclaimer at the ToS. They basically say: we don't guarantee anything, there is no warranty for anything, if we mess up too bad for you, if you mess up, too bad for you. If we are unnacurate, too bad for you. If we suddenly close and go home, too bad for you. It's ridiculous.

it had been an amazing experience so far. I am still learning there is so much to learn.
