Ibiza Soca Festival

Tried to book for 3 days now and although we get confirmation of the booking, no payment is taken, we are then advised to rebook. Each time the system appears to glitch and do the same thing. We have been advised to delete, reinstall, & update the app but nothing works. My app and my cousins app shows different info on what's available. It's soooo frustrating, as you can only email. Would be great to talk to someone & pay over the phone as this app does not work, we have tried to pay 20 times.

This app is absolutely ridiculous. It keeps closing itself and doesnt update what you have booked and paid for. No matter how many times you uninstall. Makes the whole process and excitement of the holiday disappear. If I didn't already pay my deposit I wouldn't bother. So not worth the hassle

Im am not going to rate this app again, until I know my ticket is secure and the relevant information shows on the app. App automation is awful and I hope this does not turn out to be a waste of money. The party im with is a hen party.

I have literally given up with this app. I can't count on two hands how many times I've deleted and reinstalled it but it still doesn't work.

New version is user-friendly and awesome.
