Completely useless app. Seems to have so many bugs. None of the features the Korean app has, and even the same features have different rules. On top of that ibk is the worst bank I have ever used. No one seems to know what is going on, either in branch or at the call centre. Today I spent 2 hours trying to set up a remittance account and they ended up just blocking my access to mobile banking altogether.
While updating my phone to Android 9.0 the app deleted itself, and will not reinstall- it says "error 504" immediately after downloading. This issue is also happening with the IBK One application, but nothing else on the phone. I have factory reset my device and it is still doing the same thing. An email sent to the developers has yet to receive a response. Thoroughly unimpressed. I don't want to have to open an account with another bank, but I need mobile banking!
Your app become useless when you updated it. The old app is much better and I've been using it for a long time. With your update a lot of issues happen. Today it say it cannot fetch data try again later. The whole day that is the problem I cannot view it.
Amazing! Much easier and faster than the old app. Those who couldn't manage to use it, click on your V30 mobile plus app to update the permissions, that is the problem.
Stupid stupid. When I get to create the password phase, it kept telling me that my password must have at least 10 characters, I have 15 characters, I changed even to 20, 11, ... Numbers characters special characters mixed. It doesn't work.
I like the app. But there is a problem. Recently I bought Galaxy Note 9 and I install the app but i can't install certificates because it asks me to allow unknown sources but it seems on Note 9 it is a bit different you should check for every app but i can't find IBK ONE GLOBAL there. I hope you solve this problem very soon or contact me because may be only I have this kind of problem. Thank you for your support
Can't manage to log on to my account regardless of the verification option I choose. Previous app was working well for me, not satisfied with the current one.
Hello there! Re-registration is required after updated the new version. I fill all required information correctly but still its not working. Please someone help me. I am facing mobile phone verification problem.
Was working fine for a few months, and now it keeps crashing, not even opening. Rubbish app.
Worked great for about a month, then just started crashing immediately upon start as others have said. Guessing IBK doesn't place a high priority on maintaining this app.

This app is very useful to me but all of a sudden this morning the app doesnt open anymore. I uninstalled and re-downloaded it but still doesnt open. What should i do?
It was so annoying that after my ibk app. was updated into this new app. i just used it once and it never open again..oh so dissappointing..

First of all you should must be open v3 antivirus protection apps.then It's will be open.otherwise It's always crashing.not open properly.so first thing you install v3 application 😑😑

my ibk app was gone,i dont know why. i cant reinstall this app it says error 910,what should i do ? maybe the app isnt updated? because my phone recently updated to android 9 or android pie

Update:started working for awhile but broke again with the newest Android update. Would love to do phone banking but this app is trash. Won't open or work. Reinstalled it twice and still doesn't work. The app is broken. I open the app jut it just immediately closes. Can't select anything or see any menu. App is garbage now. The old one worked but this is a broken mess.
