Login functionality is broken if you use 2fa. There is a field to put the code in, but no button to proceed. You can cancel or use the old Softlayer login ... which also cancels.
This app fies not work if you habe an IBM login with Two factor authentication enabled. This needs to be fixed

Team, I hope you guys do a thorough testing before releasing it to the public as every update is having some issues. With the current update, unable to login while 2FA(PhoneFactor) is enabled. Error: 500 Internal Server Error

It crashes 100% Of the time
App doesn't allow login with IBM ID at all now so it's pretty useless.
Cannot login with my IBMid, says: No matching user found for IBMid identifier
Unable to login with IBMid, so app is unusable now
Can't login via ibmid... Can't get past the security question phase but I can login with the same info using chrome just fine.

Low quality bar as is experienced with their hosting platform. IBM bluemix is a, "me too" product - a dinosaur of a company jumping into the cloud offering without a clue as to what automation means.

I'm unable to make payment via PayPal from what I could determine.
I got this because I'm stuck in a place where I don't have internet this weekend and we've had a crisis. I wanted to be able to deal with ticket conversation back and forth without heading to a cafe each time, or sitting outside of one in the cold at 11 at night! Tried to press the red envelop in the tickets interface to respond, that does nothing. (That said, the support team had been awesome on the server side of things! )
Application force closing while starting ..
The tickets module, my reason for installing, is not working. I always receive an error. "Server error: Internal error"

Guys need a fix asap.
Please fix the application. Almost each time I try to update any ticket. I get error of "unknown error".
Nice app, gives me full CTRL of my account, support tickets, network throughput and servers.
Uninstalled. Crashes every time. I really hopped this would work. I'll try again in a few months to see if they have fixed up the application. Hard to be a "cloud provider" and not have a mobile application these days.
