Not working on Xiaomi mi A2 lite with android 8.1
All the groups on Sametime /Connections chat shows zero (0) contacts. Individual contacts too are not getting listed, unless specifically "searched" by remembering the first n last name or email-id of contact. I have tried removing and reinstalling the all IBM applications twice n rebooted the mobile ... No luck!! It is simply not working as expected!! Pls fix this ASAP. Thnx. Note: I have an Android phone Redmi Note 4 with latest version of firmware. I have also tried the same on other phones too.
Completely rubbish. Couldn't never connect to the company server. I will keep using the reliable SMS.
1 star because there is no option for zero. It just doesn't work. I get a blank screen after opening.
I gave it a rating of one because there is no option for zero. It is not connecting at all. It is horrible to think of this app as an alternative for the desktop app. Please do something about it and do it quickly!
Voice dial pad goes missing, does not connect quit often even if am standing next to WiFi router, messages don't come instantly or delivered instantly. Quite a few bugs but handy when not near the laptop or traveling.thanks.
not able see dialpad in voice chat section. its visible randomly. Not sure what is causing that
Horrible!!! Keeps disconnecting. When you receive a message, it will immediately disconnect. Please do us a favor. Retire the product and the team behind it.

Don't use it. The app is not able to autostart after restart of the phone, suddenly exits without notice, suddenly changes my status from Available to Away or vice versa, is not able to sort chat history by date, often shoes a string of weird characters instead of names of people in chat history, does not show new chats at all if you were logged in on desktop. Desktop part of IBM Notes is also terrible
