Same problem here. Which format should I use for phone number. When prompt the email I used, typed it in then nothing happened.
Nothing seems to work, the app keeps crashing. Worst still if you had enter your phone number in full with +, it won't work. You got to enter without +, and don't bother searching via email cause it crashes...
Check your links or rather just copy paste the links to your mobile browser. When entering mobile phone just key in 65********. Looking foward to this smart experience.
If it doesn't recognize your mobile number, forget it. The email address input is flawed. Failed app.
Tried to use it for 2013 IOD Conference. Did not work, no errors, not the quality IBM usually delivers.

HAVEN'T USUAGE OF SAID ITEM
Installed the app, keyed in mobile number in various format, including adding the "+ country code" in front and without it as well. Tried adding spaces to split up the number and was not able to get pass the message that number is not found in its database. When prompted for email address, keyed in the email address and nothing happens. It's either an app problem or a problem with the database.
