IBM My Clinical Diary mobile
Finally, flexibility is here. As a participant in a clinical trial, you may be asked to complete electronic
diaries, questionnaires or feedback surveys during the study. For studies using IBM Clinical Development, this app will make it easy. It syncs with the IBM Clinical Development system to allow you to enter data in either location, depending on where you are.
This app requires an account with IBM Clinical development provided by your healthcare provider. This app does not eliminate webpage access, just provides an alternate connection for the users. Data collected via thus app is recorded in the same location as data collected via the webpage.

This app is very inconvenient. It should allow you to log an entry at any time of the day. One reason that I constantly forget is that it won't allow entries until after 6pm and you can't enter at all after midnight. Well being a busy mom from about 4pm until sometimes 10 or 11 I am very busy and I will forget. I sometimes remember right after midnight but then can't log at all. Also it'd be nice to be able to log right after taking a dose. I take my first at 8am but can't log it right then.
App is clunky as to begin with but most of the time it just doesn't work. It will either crash or error saying "something has gone wrong" and then you have to start all over again for your daily entry. Would seriously consider not participating next time if they use this app again.
It would be better if the app kept you logged in, rather than having to go through it all every day. Also, a calendar that either opens up to today's date or shows an actual calendar so you can see if you've missed any days.
if you didnt grow up in the nineties and wanted to feel what that was like use this app. i cant think of a slower and clunkier way to input dates. the app doesnt tell u which days u have done. downright painful to use.
Used this to record my part in a medical survey. Experienced no problems using and recording data. Extremely easy to use.
Have been using this app for a few months now. it doesn't show you days you have already input entries for or missed. it also doesn't auto populate the current date or allow you to choose easily. as a result it has been frustrating keeping track (I have had to keep a separate calender reminder to myself on my phone to keep track of the days I have already input into the app). Calendar to keep track of a calendar? Go figure!
