Worst and aweful app. Because of this i could not do any of my financial transactions. I am not even receiving the one time passwords. Please don't install

I am not able to login to my Indusind direct. Because of this app. No biometric login is available as shown on Play Store. Direct scanner will go on but there is no any code to scan on indusind direct login portal. I am in trouble due to this hopeless app login system.

Worked for awhile and then my app disappeared. I had to reload it, but now I can't get in to my unemployment benefits. No one at unemployment knows what to do. What's the point of having an app to verify my ID and then locking me out of my account? I can't get my 1099, I can't get any answers.

Hi my phone got problem , so all apps deleted , again i installed it, but now in this app I couldn't login , how to resolve this? If I scan also it is saying no account found please give me a solution

Doesn't work, first the login has 4 entries for my phone, none of them work. Second registering this method replaced my Google Auth with it's own.

Not user friendly. The access as instructed does not work. Too frustrating!

I wish i could put NO stats. This got to be a "SCAM" ....BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS APPS, im already (dont want to use the word) but for the rest please careful with your info. They already got mine.

Simply doesn't work. The scan is really bad. The app doesn't auto focus and there are are no manual focus controls. So my the app is unable to capture an image on my phone. I use several other apps that use a Qcode and they work every time.

I removed one account now I am not able to login with that account. I am trying scan the QR code it say it is not tenant. Please help and where to get in touch with you

This doesn't work! After I scan the qr code and it confirms the account was added successfully, I get a "something went wrong here" message. Now if I go to my account I get a screen with 6 empty underscores even with refresh. (S9+ with Android 9)

App keeps crashing so I cannot get my business email anymore. It did work fine before yesterday when my password was entered wrong and my device erased. Now the App won't open so I cannot get into email via my phone - please help. Tried many different things but like I said it won't open.

My old phone is damaged.i was doing setup on new phone.It is asking for QR code.I am unable to do so.

When I registered a device, I see option where it asks me to if I want to use biometrics, but the verify application does nothing when I tap it. I have Samsung galaxy s8, and I have registered fingerprints and they are enabled on lock screen and working fine.

Every 2 -3 days . It is displaying a message . Data can not be parsed.

The app comes up with Oops something went wrong here. Now I can no longer get my work email on my new phone. How can I get the issue fixed? Please help. Update: A representative from IBM Verify has reached out to me for resolution. I have since gained access back to my work email. Thanks for your help!

I changed phones and now I can't set it up on my new phone. It's asking for a QR code and I have no idea where to get that. Because of this I can't access my webex mobile either because it requires IBM Verify. Edit: Issue resolved, thanks to the dev!

I had to delete as the app was drawing data hourly from my phone. This resulted in a $200 overage charge from Rogers. I am not impressed. Anyone else have this issue? I am looking for compensation from this app. I rate it below 1 at this stage.

By mistake I hav deleted this app. Bt aftr that whn I reinstalled it. My account was not found and now I m not able to access any other application because I m not able to verify it.. On my phone registration went a successful. I never got an option for approve or reject or for any fingerprint approval.TOTP works fine though.Please let me know what could be the issue or its bug.This is frustrating for customer.phone:Samsun galaxy s8+,android 8.Please respond on this.

I cannot scan the Verify QR code on my phone's screen with the phone I am holding in my hand. I see the option to connect a device manually, but no info on how to generate the data it requests for the fields.

I authenticated ibm w3 id with this ibm security verify app for 2 factor verification.but i mistakenly uninstalled app.now when i am trying to login w3id it is asking 2 factor verification with the old authentication.even after i re installed the ibm security verify app ,there is nothing showing in app,the previously connected my id is gone. it is as new when i installed first,what can i do now?. I am not getting any passcode in that app,any touch notification in that app. How can i login now?

When Iam trying to login W3ID it is asking 2 factor authentication,so I used to code which I had,it is showing error.l can't able to open other applications or links provided by IBM,it is asking for authentication.How can I get the issue fixed.Could you please help me in this .

No longer shows the check or X Prompt when signing in... it just directs me to the main page with a code that I cant input manually. Have to use SMS option instead. what happened?

Hi, Could you please add the camera focus feature when scanning the QR Code? I had to zoom the code a little bit and it worked. Thanks!
