I downloaded this app and I couldn't used it because I have to do an update and there is none in playstore. And I decide to write a review because I see a lot of reviews complaining about the same problem! I CAN USE THE APP NOW! What you need to do is delete it and download the app again and it should work 🤞🏻 because it work for me now 🙌🏼 ( I don't give the 5 start because I don't know if it will have the same problem again) But for now is working.
TERRIBLE, error messages, no eye icon to verify typed passwords, referrals broken links. Omg get it together IBX!!
Mediocre, and that's being kind. It wouldn't let me use the app until I upgraded it, which is fine. However, instead of taking me directly to the Play Store to upgrade, the application exited. That's lazy coding. It happened again, except now I cannot even upgrade. Perhaps I have to uninstall and reinstall?
Says need update and there is none, tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing changed.
Half the time it gets stuck on loading screen. App crashes frequently.
App is slow to start. Now requires an update that the page does not let you click to, it just closes the app. I stentor to download the updates through the Play store but there is not one available. This app has not been very helpful.
Trying to pay my premium. Similar to another review, tried to log in, received message that the app needed to be updated. Google play had only the original version that had been updated on 12/22/21. Uninstalled and reinstalled x3 so far. Still cannot log in. Screen just blurs out when I enter login credentials.
I used to be able to pay my monthly vision & dental bills thru this app. But ever since the beginning of the year, every time I've tried to pay a bill I get some error message. Even tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, but that didn't work. Very frustrating!
When you call the 800 number after hours of trying to log in, and the person from ibx tells you the app is horrible...that says it all. I could write a novel about this company and my horrific experiences (finally able to log in after deleting app twice....only to find out, while trying to search for a doctor, there were 3 people that I never heard of listed as my family members, I'm single and live alone). WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INS IN 60 YEARS!!!!!!!! 🤬
App does note work. Log in screen kept freezing after multiple attempts to log in.
I have both Medical & Dental insurance, but this app only displays my Medical benefits info. I have to call in everytime I want to check my Dental plan details. On the side note, when I called in to get help with having both accounts appear on my app and the rep wasn't very nice. She talked to me as if I'm some dummy who didn't understand English. It was extremely unpleasant.
Finding a doctor on this app is basically a crapshoot. Most of the listings I contact are inaccurate. Basically I just have to keep going down the list until I can find anybody that an actually see me. And usually it isn't for about a month...
Can't view the plan coverage information withinthe app. Overall the app provides minimal individualized benefit information and I often receive errors when accessing tabs. The claims information area is clear and easy to navigate.
This app is the most useless I have ever try to use. It never works as it is always experiencing technical issues all the time. Very poorly developed, as I had this app for over 2 years and rarely ever worked. Would have given 0 stars if possible for reliability of this app.

A working app... Wrong even go past the login screen. All that money from the insurance and a huge IT staff, can't figure out an app. And then everyone wonders, why is Insurance so high!! Fix the damn app that's broken since the past 4 months!!
after tedious setup (calendar scroll birth date selection, eg), app reports that "must be updated to new version", but is the most current available in app store. bad.
It is completely useless. It will not help you find any info on anything. I clicked on vision to look for eyecare doctors and it takes you to a corporate sign in sight. It is also impossible to find a doctor near you. I put my zip code in the space and the swirly thing comes into the screen and then nothing happens. Hey moronic developers. Doesn't signing into your app with my account info and seeing my insurance card in the screen validate my benefits? Stop telling lies. App stinks.
Tried to open app. It told me I had to upgrade before I could continue. It wouldn't let me upgrade so I deleted the app and installed the new version. Still won't let me open the app and is telling me I need to upgrade before I can continue. Frustrating. Before this it was working okay.
Totally useless, I did the update and since then can no longer access or login, have uninstalled and installed and nothing works. At one time was very useful, now worthless.
App is ok, but I get an error that says update available and it closes the app. There is no update available on play store UPDATE: Uninstall the app and reinstall to get past the update error
Keeps saying I need to update to use App, & won't open for last 3 months. Play store shows app updated in Dec-21, & doesn't show any additional updates to be installed.
Trying to use app and it won't let me log in without updating but doesn't give me the option to update it anywhere. Going into Google Play, it only has the option to uninstall or open it. Needs to be fixed asap please.
Stopped working after a year. Keeps saying there's an upgrade, there is not. You will be better off not wasting time on the app and just use the traditional website on your phone.
Was an ok app and now all I get is a pop up that I have to update before I can use...and there is no update. Went to play store and my only option is to open app which then gives me the same message. 🤦
I used this app in 2021 and was satisfied with it, but now the app won't load until i load an update that is not available on the Play store. I can no longer use the app, so i gave it one star.
Still crashing constantly in Dec 2021. TERRIBLE APP. Will no longer show (as of 2020) benefit usage without error popping up. No claims coming up from previous time periods. Had no issues when using app in 2019 vefore policy renewed.
