Although I gets the job done the save login feature doesn't work at all. When it does save, the **** I guess are read as such so you have to repeat typing everything. (Dont accidentally backspace it logs you out no matter what) can't set up a weekly/monthly transfer automatically have to do it manually every time.
App will require sign in even when biometrics are activated. When trying to sign in, text message for dual authentication does not get sent to you so there is no way to use the app. Dual authentication works on the website so I don't think that it's not that my particular phone number doesn't work. Very frustrating because app was much more convenient than web when it was working.
It's an okay app. But the biggest problem I'm having with it is that it automatically starts up and interrupts whatever I'm doing for no good reason at all. If you rely on typing long text messages or emails on your phone I wouldn't recommend installing this app. Just keep it on a separate phone or use your computer for online banking.
This app is awful. No matter what, the "its so easy" mobile deposit doesnt work. It constantly declines my deposits because it cant find the signature on the back of the checks, no matter how big or dark I write it. Wanna check your balance? It can do that and sometimes transfer funds...sometimes. Neither the website or the app list pending transactions (deposits or withdrawals) either. Useless. Dont bother downloading it, youre going to end up having to go to the bank to do anything anyway.
Won't remember my fingerprint every time I try to log in, it forget all of my credentials
Updating review x2 this time I'm dropping it to 1 star. When i saw news about the redesign i was really hoping they would of upgraded. All they did was change the colors... The app still looses my phone number and everytime i try to sign in, i have to select my device and verify with the code it texted. Even after Google set required API levels apps need to meet this STILL does not support the new biometric API for face unlock. Find another CU if you care about a functional banking app
Authentication Required Every time I try to log in via the app it tells me this. Or the fingerprint works for around 48 hours and then stops. I used to have no trouble with this app and now it is more aggravating than it is helpful. Please fix the bugs
I've had to uninstall & reinstall several times lately. I often can't sign in, the screen is white or has an error message. Disappointing because I have to go to the site from Google.
Please fix this app! Used to work well with biometric authentication. Now it logs out after every use and requires a manual log in despite enabling fingerprint access multiple times. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not fixed the issue.
Even tho I save my name and password and enable a pin password I still have to resign in every other day the app sends a code to my phone and after I enter that I have to tell the app what my phone number is even tho it just sent me a text such a trash app
It keeps telling me my version is incapatible with the server and to Update. I go to Update, and there is no Update... What can I do?.. Also I wish they'd tell you the maximum deposit amount for mobile checks BEFORE you try to deposit it. They tell you after a failed deposit that it's above the max. Since you have to write "at mobile deposit only at IC" on the check first, it screws you from trying ti deposit it elsewhere. It's caused headaches and is an easy fix.
App will forget your settings quite frequently. Does not remember you want to use biometrics. They recently re skinned the app when they should have focused on functionality.
Since the update the app takes longer to sign jn if you are able to sign in at all. I initiated a transfer but it never went through causing me to overdraft
Never had a problem before! Now it tells me I need to update, clicked it and continues to tell me to update! I don't get it! Why fixed something that it was working for an update that doesn't?
I have to keep deleting and reinstalling app or it makes me authenticate my account. Fingerprint sign on no longer works. Disappointed.
Easy to access and makes banking not a chore! 0nly criticism... Very picky when trying to deposit checks. Fortunately not neccessary often!
Fingerprint option will not work and keeps making me use password and re enrolling every month! Horrible app
The bank itself is like banking in the 1980s, app isn't any better, awful!!
I added a pass code so I didn't need to resign in with my password but it keeps making me resigning with password after already approving the correct passcode
This bank app is really wonderful easy to set up. If you have this bank. Download this app. Believe me easy and helpful
It keeps locking me out saying error or try again this is not good. When you out and you need to see your own account needs to be Better.
As long as you like having to re-enter your pw and user name over and over again regardless of biometric or pin use. Not so good.
Hard to find directions but easy to do once you follow them.

I've had IC for many years now. The App is easy and great to use!!
The app used to work really well. This new version is horible. Even after aetting fingerprint authentication to on it forces me to ENROLE new each time i sue the app thus having to input my username, password, telephone number, receive an email authentication number, enter the authentication number and when i close the i ahave to do allbof that again next time i need to use the app. Getting to the point of not being woth haveing the app. But knowing IC Federal they WILL NOT fix it for a year.
