Absolute RUBBISH. Feels like a 1984 app.. They request Phone and Files access, otherwise the app won't work. Had to use Google Translate to figure that out. Didn't allow access, as such I cannot even use the app. Rubbish
This is a useful app, but it's presenting a issue when you try to add a ticket to your calendar. Also the account on the cellphone isn't associated to the account on the web and it should allow you to receive the ticket on your email to print it out. Also you can't check options like wagons to bike.
Bardzo dobra, tylko niestety nie można uzywac nie krajowych numerów telefonicznych w związku z czym nie da sie kupić biletów. Nice app, but be aware that it displays only intercity trains and it doesn't work with foreign phone numbers, thus it is not possible to buy tickets using the app. For a full list of train departures use koleo app.
This is just an overlay over skycash... A CS student can write this app as a class project. Not a full fledged company. Overall if you only need to buy tickets without transitions then this is kinda OK. I mostly use it to check for delays since there are better apps that sell tickets.
Nice app, not always easy to navigate. But I sincerely don't like that only offers direct trains, not possible to schedule trip if it has even 1 change. As well... for me personally... the fact that it doesn't offer any other language than Polish doesn't make much sense when Poland is such a developer country and so many foreigners visit our live in Poland.
Even if you know Polish language (no english), there is no possibility to buy tickets unless you own Polish phone number! Registration in their payment system requires your mobile number and it doesn't accept foreign numbers (Yes I tried both options "00" and "+" ).
Not possible to create account for foreign phone number. I have account on website, created on base of my email. But this application not accepting email. So I need to stay with paper tickets. One star is only for possibility of timetable search. For lack of any other functionality-4 stars.
Tourist might use a local SIM Card with a different tel number. The application uses the tel number for login. It ignores the login data used for registration in the ICC website. As a result 1) The whole process is confused 2) The Application is not available any more once you have changed your tel. number. For my next trip to Poland the app will be useless, since my local tel number will not be the same. Is the application aimed to be a disposable ?
Please provide a complete English version of the app for all the options. Currently it's half in English, half in Polish and there's no option to change it anywhere.
I need to top up their account in order to purchase a ticket. I've just paid card directly on the website, what's the point to have yet another "bank account" with zero interest...
Useless app! it's OK to log in to my account if I'm using my internet browser (Using LOGIN + PASSWORD) Impossible to log in if I'm tying to use this app. It asks me to use phone number (Has to be Polish, which I don't have) instead of login. End of story. Useless. Uninstall. Thank you. Bye.
why have an app that only works with Polish phone numbers? come on intercity, be a bit more inclusive and customer focused! can't even check the timetable without registering a Polish phone number, let alone buy a ticket. uninstalling as unable to use.
Seriously, why does it force permission in order to make and manage phone calls and to get access to my photos and media? I just wanted to buy a ticket and such permissions are ridiculously unreasonable!
Good application, sometimes it is lagging, but it is functional. I recomend using it for easy booking your tickets 😊
It's quite odd & old-fashioned that you can't top up your account by simply using your debit or credit card.
Disappointment. Application that is presumably for buying railway tickets asks for permission to browse phone calls and access to phone's internal memory.
It wants me to allow it to access my phonecalls and images. Why the hell would it need it to book a train ticket? Do not install it.
There is absolutely nothing more disturbing than a completely white screen implemented in application as a confirmation/rejection/in-progress (who knows?) of a payment.
1. Cannot return ticket - app crashes. 2.another time conductors tried to validate my ticket 5 times during the trip, and something was wrong - the ticked didn't exist in their system.
Fast and easy. One can buy tickets in less than 2 minutes eg. being in the taxi driving to the station. Great.
To use the app, or do anything on it, you must login. But, you can't login with your username or email, rather only with your mobile number. If your mobile number is not Polish, then you can't login nor use the app. Useless, just counterintuitive. Who thought of this? Fire your designers. A tak apropos, to ogarnijcie serwery...
1. You need to add support for BLIK payments, otherwise this app is useless for me. 2. Unexpected server unavailability, needed to buy in-person. 3. Your system once booked another passenger on my seat. Your back-end is inherently broken.
Payment method isn't working. After adding a card the payment gets rejected, supposedly by a 'wrong' CV2 code. The only good use of this app is to check the time trains departure and nothing more
Useless. Only in Polish, imposible to register without a Polish phone number and then again, it would be useless because you can't link it to website account. Disappointing!
a kind of useless app, no family ticket option available in the app at all? no possibility to import existing tickets, the intercity web page seems more convenient (even on a mobile)
Unable to log in using PKP Intercity credentials I use since 2006. Forces integration with SkyCash. No thank you! I stick to browser version of bilet.intercity.pl
vpoor app. not to mention name. never ever remember the name when I want to use it. if I buy tickets on the web, they are not presebt in the app 👎
Absolute rubbish. I re-installed it a year later and it became worse. Most useless travel app ever, uninstalling again. Also Probably the worst company in the world. No competition. On my laptop it forever says open in another window. I tried buying a ticket on line once and all my emails were rejected, told to use a proper (??) One. Had to go to station to buy a ticket and queue for ages.
