We had love the older app more, but with a little fooling around the new app is just as great. And whatever problem you face well it's easy to solve simple contact IC Realtime technical support and they will surely sort you out.
I'm not really too sure what to think about the new Version of this app I did like the old one better. This app only seems to work every time I restart my phone then I can get it to work. But once I shut the app down the app will not work again until I reset my phone.
This app has many bugs on newer Android versions. The big thing is toggling between cameras when they are on 2 or more pages. Please update!
since latest update cannot connect to cameras, also new menu confusing with no information on how the various icons work...awful update....please sort.
changed out the modem now system wont connect. Michael from ICREALVIEW was big help but we r still without the cameras. Where do we add in the new modem?
Don't like the new update at all.. takes forever to load and the sound is intermittent
Hard to connect your system. Looses connection easily. Not a very reliable app
This new system doesn't work out at all it keeps knocking me out and when I put the password in it don't pull up my camera system 😫😭
Since this update, I cannot log into remote systems. I can via a Web browser but that doesnt help me

Stopped working after updates. No way to downgrade back to working state. Useless.
Since latest update , APP has become extremely slow . Revert to previous stage please.
I lost my sound in the the new Jan. 2019 version. besides that it works great.
Works Great, little bit of a learning curve to setup.
This new update with new UI is slow, it now takes 2 mins 2 c Live play local or remote
Works fine on iPhone same settings will not connect on Android:-(
Cannot find way to manually add system without serial number or qr code.
Do not buy this. I bought ICRSS Pro and it doesn't work on my phone.

Terrible. Video displays first time. If you page off and back on, the video stops loading at 99%. It's not worth it. The more expensive version is just as bad. Don't waste your money. There is no mobile display for icrealtime devices.
