Useless. For the actual online shopping, it just launches a web browser anyway. We don't need a >100MB app to launch a browser app we must already have. Competitors do an improved shopping experience in-app, but not ICA.
This app has improved a lot. However, the shopping list has one really annoying flaw: When typing a word into the search bar, the keyboard often adds a space after the word, for example "Couscous ". The app then doesn't recognize the item as "Couscous" (no space) and won't categorize it properly.
Some of your stores are giving bad service, especially non responsive customer support. 😑 totally disappointed
Works better and better without major flaws. Misses a few keen functions (e.g. Special Offers for the next week (as Lidl has) a sorting system, an option to see what one has bought most frequently, to see the local stores' leaflet) but it makes the job done. It's getting more and more efficient with time.
After the latest update with the BankID login - so annoying!!! Every time I have to login - go in store to get self-scanner, want to add something to the shopping list, sometimes even by the time I get to the checkout machine - LOGIN! What is the so very top secret information that is in this app? Shopping list and my loyalty card number! Fix it ICA or I will take my business elsewhere. I have 4.27.0 installed, and I see the app was updated on 15 April - still have to login all the time. I have deleted all cache and app data on my phone to see if it improves the situation. One suggestion: The Digital ID shall be somewhere accessible in the app home (next to or under Hej Aleksandar), or with one touch, not look for it under Konto, and then Digital ID, especially if one is not using ICA card to pay.
Can't scan items anymore. The whole point of even having this thing!
what's happened to the ICA Handla app and its much loved shake up a recipe function? can't find it amymore. this app is awful compared to the previous version. slow, difficult to navigate. not particularly user friendly anymore 😭
Updated shoppinglist did not show up in shop scanner(~6 h after update). scanning in app to update shoppinglist did not work. Good that two persons with a shared account could share shoppinglists, when the shoppinglist is up to date in shop scanner.
It keeps crashing down, I can't see my bonus, shopping list, shops, nothing. Only my digital ID works. It all used to work all right, what happened?
Needs some improvements!! Adding items in Shopping list should be taken from listed or available stock at store. If i add lime it adds it as it is and not shoing any results for list or type of lemons from store. Hope this will be fixed soon.
As the app updated, I can't see anything on "hem" anymore. It's always loading and then it tells me to try again later. Can't find my discounts or anything else.
The list of recepies are looped indefinitely. I only ever get to see about ten recepies for every predefined category.
Latest update has rendered the app useless, unfortunately. Cannot log in at all, neither with personal code or Bank ID. How has this been tested, one wonders?
Worst app ever!!! Nothing works and all time spend on ordering is lost. I've got chronicle pain so shopping on line with home dilevery is a big help. Now I have to carry heavy bags home myself.
Says Internet is offline all the time. Can't even log in again because of it. None of my other apps have this problem.
The website and the app are great! Please add English translation.

For shopping lists : Poorly designed for adding most frequent items. The Favourites are good and all, but having the items sorted by frequency in an easier to view list would be very useful. For quite a while now it's been very slow/not working at all to search for items to add to the list. It's just possible to add frequent items and favorites. I'm using a VPN so that might affect this specific feature.
