Not working. UAE pass is not working, the page doesnt load when clicking on the login with uae pass. Used iphone and same thing, the page doesnt load once i click login with UAE pass. I tried email login, i got the email after 2 minutes of waiting, clicked the link in the email and the page is not load and now i cant use any service because of this error. Wont change it unless i see this issue have been fixed. Also yes, i checked udate for the app, i restarted my phone. I reinstalled the app sti
4.6 rating is just awsome for an application that does not work. I wonder how come the developer of such a system does not notice. I spent 1 full day at typing centers to fill the application in 10 min, then the expected happened system crashed every where across UAE. Again spent next day just for payment then again system crashed. In fact just before writing this review system is not working😂🤣
Application is crashing after update on 14th May 2022 when trying to update the returned Emirates ID for modification. Please help to check and correct as soon as possible. Also the application is opening directly in Disabilities ON.
At the right time it's very time consuming and annoying. Need to upgrade various things. Don't know which information required to fill and don't know exactly what asking for. I just wanted to update my phone number and spend hours but failed 🤣😜.
The app will not install on my Samsung Note 10, I have bought a new Samsung s22 ultra and it is not installing on this as well.
Not working on Samsung S22 Ultra. Tried all suggested fixes and cannot get it to install and no one seems to know how to fix it.
I've been trying to renew my emirates ID on the ICA website for the longest time and it isn't working. So many bugs and crashes for just trying to make my payment or upload documents, I try to switch to the app instead and I can't even log in without an error popping up.
No Drop-down menu is working while trying to register arrivals ! I tried iPhone 12 pro and three different android phones but the same issue !! You can't select the country or any drop down menu option.... This is shameful for developers ... How can they fail to address this error in such an important Gov app? What about usability testing??
Some fields are not accessible to input information, couldn't type info , no selection on the click arrow, or type in manually couldn't do it. Thus making the form incomplete and couldn't submit . Tried it several times ,and failed several times. Lost my flight. Arrivals and vaccinations entry forms.
Truly horrendous application, as is the official website. Too many errors and bugs to count, the interface is clunky and not user friendly in the slightest.
Bad. Always tells me: can't register this person when I enter my ID. Signing in with my UAE Pass also doesn't work. Useless App
I entered a wrong date in my vaccination detail. It showed like pending. Again I gave correct date Now I got a green pass. But the wrong one is still in the 2 dose. The right one went to 3. But I only took 2 vaccine. 1 and 3 is approved. I could not delete the second one. I added again and again It is still showing the same. Please correct the glitches. I could not take booster because of that.
Very lagging, most of the time takes so long to login and mostly unsuccessful login using UAE Pass.
it is really taking long time to fill the application and suddenly they change the one already filled with the old application.
The service is very poor, i applied visa application in English the answering in Arabic and I submitted with completed documents after that also they ask same documents without checking again again and without experience they r doing jobs.
I have submitted EID renewal application more than 3 times. Everytime payment is processed and in the last screen it's shown that "failed please resubmit application and any financial transactions processed will be reversed". It takes more than 5 to 7 days for the reversal of payment. Very bad programming of application. First it should let the applicant know that if the application will be failed or not, if not then it should process the payment. really disappointing application.
Broken app. Tried it on 3 different Android phones without success. Can't enter any data in the drop-down menus. Had to use the web version instead.
Cannot log in with UAE Pass. It only works on IOS.
The government put a wrong mobile number in their system for my file, but I am the one to pay for their mistake to input the correct mobile number.
Drop down menu is not working when im trying to register for arrival. Nationality, country code nothing is working in the form. Im traveling on 17 to dubai (tourist)
Takes too long to login and then loading forever.
I wasted one hour on this. The email link to register to the app will take you to the website where you have to click to go to the app. Unnecessary. A few times happened that by the time the email arrived the link was expired. When I eventually tried to fill in the registration in the app it would not allow me to fill in the password and confirm password, the keypad would appear and disappear. The online application on the web was at least working, now it takes you to this useless app.
I am unable to register under the Register Arrivals section. I can't even complete the first required field, current nationality. When I tap on the field, a drop-down menu opens, or what seems to supposed to be a drop-down menu. However, from this point the app is totally dysfunctional. It says Select nationality and there is nothing to select from, but also, entering data is not possible. There are no choices in the drop-down menu, the menu is completely blank, and the search function within the drop-down menu also does not work. Basically, I simply have no way to complete the field. Completely stuck at step one with no options left. Tried the app on 2 different phones to eliminate phone model as error factor. Exact same problem on both phones. Please advise.
The good part is that application saves your service request as a draft in case it times out while you are completing the application. the area that needs to be fixed: not all areas are listed in the address option!! Not sure where will the ID be delivered to!!! I selected nearest listed area in the are option and put my area in the manual details. very time consuming and not easy to navigate drop down menus!!!
very nice application. I noticed few issues: 1. when reverted for correction, attachment section gives errors. 2. when applying for residence and Emirates ID renewal in one application, Emirates ID renewal Application form must be automatically attached to the residence renewal application. 3. When attaching pdf file, it seems will show blank page.

To those people that faced any problems uninstall the app and install it again it will work. I was facing some problems and I just tried deleting the app and gave it another go and it worked perfectly. Although this is something that developing team should have noticed and did something about... at minimum they could have posted a notification on the app when you open it.
