!! this APP NEEDS to be REMOVED!!! no refund bull shii customer service THEY DONT EVEN KNOW A SOLUTION... So when you leave your home on your cell data there is NO SERVICE whether free app or paid app.....too confusing "icam or icam pro"? ONLY THING WORKS is viewing stuff at home WHEN YOU AT HOME. you can baby cam that for free 😁😁😁 ..nowadays looks like they all ran off with $$..an they wont get far
I've had the original app on my computer and phone for years, but whatever update they did basically ruined your ability to check your cameras from anywhere but home, since they want you to be on the same wifi signal. If i"m at home I don't need to look at my camera. Look for other options before wasting your time trying to get this to connect. :(
When I purchased the original iCam, it was great. It was somewhat easy to set up. I could always count on it. In fact, it helped me catch some people breaking into my home. Well sorry to say that it's come to an end. My iCam hasn't worked properly for months now. I haven't been able to remote into my cameras anywhere outside of my home. Update 2-17-17:. App has too many bugs and their support is weak.If you look at their forum, they don't have any solutions on how to make a connection away from home. Seems like they're not keeping up with software updates, both their own and our phone devices.
Not easy to figure out and still doesn't connect. Tried wifi and direct link and still nothing. No LAN Sources Found.
This ask me to pay for proxy and service which i could not even use, cheat me with crap app
Setup was a little less intuitive than I thought it would be. Paid for the ability to view cams on mobile network. Works well so far
Gets the job done. Affordable. Less user friendly but not too hard to figure out.

Did I lose 5 bucks? yes. did I lose an entire sunday afternoon because I was mislead by some corporations false promises? yes. I should have known this was garbage when I saw it was being endorsed by CNN.

It may not be the most feature rich, but for the price and ease of use, it really is a great solution! For $9.99 it comes REAL close to other software that runs upwards of $60. I would definitely recommend this to the average home user! For the price it packs a lot of features that you simply won't get in other software at this price point.
Works great at home over WIFI, but I bought the monthly subscription, and it kept asking me to buy proxy data :( I wanted to use it on the go to watch my dog who had just had surgery. Also was disappointed I couldn't talk to my dog through it. I could hear her when I could connect. It was great at giving notifications, I just didn't know what they were and couldn't see anything.
This is the most dumbest app I have ever downloaded. No one buy this price of crap

Couldn't even get it to connect once. The set up instructions are not very clear.

If I could give it a -0. I would. Dont buy it! The ICAM PRO is worthless, not reliable! It shuts down constantly and when you restart it constantly asks if you want to buy proxy data. The picture is horrible unless it's broad daylight in your house. The original Icam was great, easy and reliable.
