Stopped working and the car won't update on the map even with help from tech support.
It only works if you are conneted to wifi. On mobile networks it never works.
App works but is extremely power hungry! Today the app has used 30% of my phone battery in 3 hours with less than 1 minute active time. Yesterday the app used 99%of my battery capacity with less than 1 minute active time and less than 1 minute background time. If I put the app to sleep I don't get notifications for parking etc...
Glitch at best...drops out continually..don't open..and alarms all day even though the car hasn't moved.It had my car in QLD when I was in the main street of a town in S.A.unreliable Very unreliable..if you use it for fleet management be very very carefull if you question staff over there whereabouts.the app is faulty.
Constant geofence notifications even when nothing has moved and now tells me device off line and can't locate anything
Terrible product. Constantly glitching out. Alarm notifications do not work. Help section in app had been under construction since launch.
It keeps asking for the password when entering a tracker. Can't get past this as tracker doesn't have a password.
Major fail. Everything i try to add device says fail. Correct IMMI, Correct password but always says fail. Even scan barcode says fail before its even near any barcode.
Kinda ok. But map will not refresh from some place in Taiwan to my home address even though the gps has located it. Makes the app kind of pointless really.
Explain to me why this app needs my contacts and photo data and won't load until it gets them, so dodge. Support email in China. Its a GPS app note a social app
App just crashes and when it does finally work it just say error, while its stuck on the Icarus logo. Phone : Samsung note 20 ultra 5g
