controls and lag took a bit to get used to, but I got the hang of it and managed to win a few prizes. I had assumed this game would offer either free or low cost shipping like most other crane games. BOY WAS I WRONG. When I checked the points required to mail my prizes, I misread the total thinking it was 1,090 so about $10usd. Not bad all things considered, so I purchased the extra points only for it to tell me I had insufficient funds. Turns it wants 10,900 so about $100usd!! No thank you!

5 times jet lag in a row, that's not worth to try, it just ripped off money and wasting time, not enjoyable game at all.

Easier to play than Toreba. The cost to play is comparable. The claw machines are in better shape and have stronger claws. However, the variety of prizes is a little worse than Toreba. You get very few "free" points - 5 iCP per day, when the average machine costs maybe 180 iCP, so you would get one single free play every 36 days. It will likely take you 5-20 plays to win a prize, so that's basically worthless. Despite the lack of ways to win free plays, because the machines are easier to win than Toreba, it may still be worth it to put some money in. However, there are a few "gotchas" that made this game not worth playing for me! The first one is: if you are playing the machine, and close to winning, but you run out of iCP, you will lose your claim on the machine while you are refilling your points. Several times, I got a prize close to winning, then lost it to someone else while refilling points! Additionally it will cost you iCP to ship prizes. (To ship 1 prize to California, the cost was 1000 iCP, which is about $10 USD.) And here's the part they don't tell you: THEY WILL ONLY HOLD YOUR PRIZE FOR TWO WEEKS. If you fail to ship it by then, it's gone, and no refunds. Robbery!

The claw machines are good.......when they work. I spent about $16 dollars on points and I would say about half that was wasted on missed opportunities, because the camera delay froze so the claw ended up moving too much or not enough. I get that they are based in Japan but man common y'all got to get some better servers and translate more of the app into English. If the lag issue is fixed this would be bar non my favorite claw game I've found so far and I would update to 5 stars.

So it keeps saying that this application crashes each time I open it and don't wait for the little pop-up announcement to appear. If you wait for it and close it, the app will work fine. This actually has much less of a lag when you stop your claw from moving for UFO claws than Toreba thus it is easier to aim. When you first join, they give you 150 icp to play with- lowest machine costs 120 icp but most machines they have cost 180icp so your choices can be limited and u probably need more turns.

Claw is rigged not to pick up anything no matter how small/light the item is and sometimes you'll win and still get told you lost and when you try to report it most of the info prompts are in Japanese and they ask for video feed proof which you can't get unless you manually record the screen on another device while you play which is too difficult so don't waste your time with it

First off, go into this knowing they'll probably make some money off you if you play (this is a business after all). That said, their cranes are much stronger and games more fair than the competitors I've used (looking at you Toreba). The app isn't as polished, and the prize selection isn't as expansive, but I'm still enjoying this a lot more than other crane games out there simply because you don't have to camp a machine for hours to prize snipe or spend hundreds to win a prize.

It was fine until a prize became IMPOSSIBLE to win. It was stuck, and I emailed them back and forth for 6 emails. They just ignored my final one after asking for all my plays back because they wouldn't give me the prize. I watched MULTIPLE people play for it. Still stayed stuck They are completely unreasonable. I came back to them after a taking a break and they proved me right, as to why I took a break to begin with.

Addictive to play. While shipping cost for prizes is high, they do occasionally have times where shopping is lower cost or free, so just wait and get a deal. Love getting to play the games I've only seen on YouTube videos!

Things started well. I won things, got them shipped on three separate occasions. This last one though, there was a problem. I recieved 4 chocolate items. Two were mini buckets, and the chocolates were fused together. Melted and re-hardened. The other two, one plastic packaged and one in a large bucket were fine. So obviously, the mini buckets were stored badly at some point in Osaka. I messaged them and was told to talk to the shipping company. Icatch would do nothing about it. Done with them.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst Crain game iv tried yet (and that's saying something) 2 days in a row I tried to play a machine and neither time would the Crain go forward. Their tech support said they couldn't find a problem. Then says no compensation for tickets no matter the fault. In top if their free machine saying you lost when you win this app is junk. Why would I trust spending money on an app that won't even admit their was a problem. Uninstalling. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I refuse to spend anymore money on this app. 3 times have orders been messed up. 1st they marked an item as shipped but item was not in the box or the shipping manifest. 2nd and 3rd time they shipped the wrong prize variant. Also in my last box the plush were not in any plastic like they have been previously and my Shirokuma plush came with a spot that would not have been there had it been wrapped. Their customer service is a hassle and have to email several times to get a response.

Definitely better customer service than it's competitor, Toreba (who doesn't respond ever) but they can also be very unreasonable at times. I threw a play at a machine and the claw got caught on the side of their machine and so it stopped going down. They refused to refund my play and kept sending me cut and paste, generic responses about internet connectivity and that they play appeared normal, even though their set up was to blame. If normal means you lose money because the claw is misaligned or the metal grate on the side sticks out too much and interferes with the playing area, I'd keep my money in my pocket, thank you very much.

I won a prize their so yay. The quality of the machine is good as the claw is pretty sturdy compared to other crane machines. Some of the machines cameras however can be pretty laggy and unfair. If you wanna win you defnitely need to spend money here, but i'd say the prices for the points is fair. Be prepared to pay 1000 point for shipping though which is like 9.something in us dollars. It has problems with attempting to verify email though as I never get a verify link.

Won a prize, didn't register, customer service says I didn't win. This app is clearly a scam, not because that the claw drops prizes sometimes, because that's fair and typical for claw games, but even when you win a prize, they refuse to give it to you. I won a plush out of a machine, it didn't register, I contacted customer service and they denied my win. Don't play this app, they'll take your money and not honor your win.

Had this game for over a month. Fun to play, and includes 5 daily login points. For a week I experienced loss of points I never used. My amount dropped from 95 to 50 overnight. Dont know how or why, just deleted the app. No point in keeping it if I can't play any machine.

I’ve read reviews and everyone is saying how the app is horrible or a scam but my experience with the app is very different. This is one of the legit real-prize claw games. The daily week isn’t a scam, it lands on different things every spin (yes even coins) so no, you don’t have to spend any money. I’ve won four prizes and two mystery gifts and if I ever receive them I will make another review. Overall this game is really great though!!!!!!

I play many crane games and this one is the only one that lags like hell. Most of the time I cannot even get so much as a chance the get something because I can't see the crane move of it doesn't register that I moved it. I emailed them many times about this issue but got no reply. So because of that they get a 1 star.

Got my prizes. They sent the wrong figure and then told me they'd ship out the missing figure. Waited over 3 months, comes in today, open the box and it's some random bear I never won. They will literally send you stuff, cheap junk, that you didn't win. Don't waste your money. Even worse than Toreba customer care. At this point not receiving prizes I paid to win and ship, it's bordering a scam app.

I am very surprised that this crane game offers a chance for people to play and win prizes without having to pay shipping that can get very pricey and some people can’t pay. I personally tried this crane game and I loved how I was able to win one . I recommend this crane game to all my friends!!!!!!

SCAM. I highly doubt they even have the expensive figures or nintendo switches offered in their lottery games in the first place. It's so easy for them to tell everyone who joined the lottery sorry you didn't win the prize when they probably never intended to give out that prize anyways. Also, this app makes you pay for shipping and they ship by sea so you have to wait 2-3 months if being shipped to USA. Other crane apps offer free shipping once per week and only takes a week to be delivered.

UPDATE, I have been a loyal customer of this game for months but I will not spend one more dime with them. I recently received a package that was completely trashed, the box was in perfect condition, but they used no packing materials. When I contacted them they took no accountability And said it was my problem and I should deal with the shipping company. After politely asking them to further consider this situation they again stated that it was not their problem.

Don't bother, very glitchy and as soon as I finally picked up the item and was about to win, the claw shook near the drop slot and the item fell back in the machine. Just a bunch of BS.

Completed 3 times had the balls drop into the bin and lost. 2 of those times there were 2 balls and one got in and the other bounced out. Still a loss. Then how do you win? Uninstalled. Probably a scam and worried about my info I put in.

It takes too long to gain icp to play. Used to get 50 icp day but now we only get 5 icp. Icp now has an expiration date so you can no longer save your points for items you want. There's no free shipping and the shipping price is a little expensive. This app used to be a little better then Toreba. There's very little delay and in the crane claws appears to be a bit stronger. but the lack of free plays and free/cheap shipping is what led me to uninstall the app.
