NEVER use ICBC for anything. everything is absolutely horrible. use Bank of China instead. im trying to use online banking but i cant because it only accepts credit card number and not a debit card. i dont have a credit card with icbc only have a debit card so how can i use online banking? i cant. horrible as always icbc, completely useless

Doesn't work after Jan update. Doesn't even show the login page and just hanging at the splash page. I am using a Google Nexus 5X phone.

This app is awful. Never available in English as stated. So i go back and forth between Google translate screens and by the time I do...Its timed out! ALSO NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN AN ICBC BRANCH KNOWS ANYTHING. I mean I thought coming to China that at Least the money would be easy...Nope! I need to send a Moneygram. Well, not every branch offers this service..noone could seem to tell me what branch could!! And this was with a Local with me for translation..so No excuse!
