Simple and efficient.
I've tested this app on a Moto G3 and the ICC ID matches the number printed on my Sim card. You can copy it, the app requires few permissions and there are no ads.

Does exactly what it says it does. Does not require any other permissions than what it needs and is a simple as opening the app and seeing your sim card number. Brilliant!
Excellent ,no app showed correct ICCID of my aircel number which having no Network but this app showed me correct ICCID Number so now I now generated UPC Code to port My number Thank U.
With dual SIM phones is useless.
