I can't figure out how to make a mobile deposit now. I was told to only use this app and now having trouble depositing checks. Someone help please

Would be nice just to type in the password and not have to do the security question. It would make sense if I forgot my password, but not everytime I want to log in. Same for non mobile app.

Worked at first but now it doesn't, will not let me type the answer to security question so I can't go any further.

Could we use a thumbprint to login to our mobile banking quickly?
It took me a minute to figure out where everything was after the new update but it's not too bad.
